Commercium, in their Sales Pitch, confirmed that what I was looking was part of their service offering - i.e. enable ZOHO to be my single version fo the truth. i.e. my Inventory Items in ZOHO hold the Master Data, and through Commercium, those items will be created and populated in WooCommerce. This means that I did not have to create and maintain a separate Items directory on another platofrm.

While there were teething problems with this expectation, Commercium were able to deliver on what they said they could do, and as a Service, I am very happy to continue working with them. From ZOHO to WooCommerce and back again, Commercium facilitates all the ETL and transactional requirements, making the operations and maintenance of my online environment simpler and easier to manage.
