Visited my car to have a small job done on my car. The man at the desk could not have been any more helpful than he was. Very friendly and solved my problem for me.

Great service here at Salamander MyCar. The one thing I really needed on this visit was trustworthy advice. Its not worth buggering around when buying or repairing tyres on your daughter’s car when the 2 were about to set off on a road trip. Very much appreciative of the honesty and the speedy service.

Great bunch of guys doing a great job looking after my car. Best to book in advance as they are always so busy.

I booked and paid for my car to have sevice with Wheel alignment, at Salamander Bay on Tuesday 15th october.
On pick up the Gentleman read what the mechanic had written down and said my car needs 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment. I explained that I had already paid for a wheel alignment and asked why it hadn't been done. Then he just said, oh ok yeah he done it.

After leaving and driving my car,.I appears, there wasn't a wheel alignment done as my car is still pulling to the left.

I called and explained the issue, after waiting on hold he come back onto say "yeah it was done, they just do that sometimes', but you'll have to bring it back for us to put it up and have a look"
I know when a wheel alignment has been done and it clearly hasn't


Now I haven't been able to make it back in yet because of work commitments and I have 3 children, so have needed my car.

I have only ever had my car serviced with mycar. The team are always super friendly, helpful and offering up advice. If they come accross additional problems that make cost more, they always check first.
Can not recommend any higher!
