Had to wait much longer for car to be serviced but they put 2 new tyres on so that’s great!

It was quick but it appears my tyre was possibly used before it got to me. It was manufactured in 2024 (confirmed with the date on the rim 3624) but it was definitely not new. There were no rubber hairs, the tread was dirty and had clearly been used before. I queried this with the store and they assured me that it was new. I’ve bought many tyres for cars before and have never received new tyres that looked so old. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do because the store told me it was new.
I would not recommend this store.
