Friendly and courteous staff, which were able to promptly complete the work on my car.

The car service was completed within the timeframe I requested and everything was explained well. Hussein and Kiam(?) were excellent. My Car is my regular car service provider.

i recently had a car serviced at the Claremont WA outlet, i tried for 2 days to make a phone appointment, the website crashed every time i tried to book online and the 13 number had the same result as the direct number. I eventually went into the store to make an appointment. The my wife wanted to service her car and had the same experience, so when i collected my car i booked hers in. She then needed to cancel a few days later, again could not get through to cancel, very disappointing. Whilst collecting my car i also noticed a incoming call was hung up on, i mentioned the trouble i had getting through and i was told they were short staffed. Pfft, not good enough, i service three cars through this outlet. Im sure i am not alone in being upset about the customer service here.

I have regularly used mycar Claremont for all servicing. When I booked the car in for a service, I advised the mechanic that the car was running a bit rough, like missing a beat every now and again. this was noticeable when idling and accelerating.
The service was carried out and I drove down south the very next day. on the way down I noticed that it was still a little rough and thought I would have to take it back upon my return. the second day the car was very rough and some of the electrics ( indicator) were faulty. I lost most of the power and could not accelerate beyond about 40km which is very dangerous in a 110 km zone. I managed to lip but to the place I was staying at down south. I had to beg to get someone to look at it as a matter of urgency because I was not a regular customer and they were busy. Never the less I was able to book it in and they ran diagnostics on the car and said the cylinder coil was faulty and had to be replaced. I said that this had been happening for awhile and that the car was service before I came down. His comment was that this should have been picked up.
I am very disappointed that this was not addressed given I advised the mechanic I was having troubles with the car missing/ running rough. For this to happen in the country area it was dangerous.
