Be careful buying earrings
Bought some jewellery and it wasn’t of the quality I expect from MBFW. The earrings were the worst, and because the come unsealed in a cloth pouch you can’t return them “for hygiene reasons” - totally understand so send them sealed up and when I realise the look cheap I can return them. The necklace was ok but again sent in a cloth pouch so was just one giant knot on receipt.

Hi there Leanne. We have taken your feedback, and will be looking to see if our process can be better with sending Jewellery to our customers.
No earrings that are ever sent out are worn by anybody else, that is the main issue with earrings, once inserted into someones ears we can't re-sell them.
If the issue is due to damage or similar, of course they could have been returned.
We are also sorry the quality wasn't up to your standards, we are in the process of reviewing our jewellery to offer the best quality at our price point possible.

Lovely little shop!
I have just discovered this lovely little shop in Cobham. The clothes are stylish, but can be dressed up or down, so very versatile and not expensive! The staff are helpful, friendly and always happy to chat. I felt completely at home… and they’re dog friendly too!

Great cardigan

Same items available cheaper elsewhere
Selling Made in Italy items for 200% more than other sites. Please do your research before buying as you can get the same stuff elsewhere far cheaper.
I can’t provide the order number as the dress I was bought from My Best friends Wardrobe was a gift but I already have the exact same broderie anglais dress from Elsie’s Attic and it wasn’t £149 as per the label on the My Best friends Wardrobe dress.

Mixed review
Good service and beautiful packaging but very disappointed with the sizing. Ordered a L dress but it was more like a small Returned which was easy but cost me £1.50 so will get cost of the dress but not the P&so each way

online part of my order was excellent.When I went to collect shop was closed for awhile.Iwent back and the person was not the most helpful when I made other purchases. I admit it was in the jewellery sale also refused cash saying we don't take cash.There is nothing to say about cash.I am unable to purchase clothes from you as I am a size 16 and could afford to make a purchase.
