I have used many customer support desk tools in past, but the way MyAlice manages the workflow and stability of the product is soo amazing.
I have tried there demo and will be using there paid version as well, but they deserve this vouch for the level of code they have created.

I just want to take the time to share that MyAlice is such a great tool. I love how it can be used to save our time and keep customers engaged. The onboarding process is really smooth. I can easily set up the integration with channels, basic chat bot's auto-reply, and run live chats on my site. That is what I was looking for.

Decent software for small businesses
Decent software for small businesses. The monthly limits can look low but they monthly active users which is a big difference. Good compatibility with WooCommerce and (I believe) Shopify. Some features missing at the moment such as email channels but they are on the roadmap. Looking good so far!

Best Chat Software Even For Beginners

Another great feature is the keyword based sequence, triggering sequence reply by entering a few keywords. The reports section also allows us to see our conversation fo reach channels easily. I can see a great future for this software.

Very intuitive and powerful…
Very intuitive and powerful chatbot+supportbot+brandmanagementbot+Ecommerce bot.
So there are chat bot/chat tools. MyAlice does a great job here. If a visitor has questions you chat back. We have all used one.
Where MyAlice shines in this department is the multi-channel support+the backend. You can hook this up to your website chat, your FB chat, IG chat, IG feed, Whatsapp, etc. And you can chat and answer questions on all of them from one place. Oh and their phone app? Yeah it works great, so you can talk to your customers from anywhere.
Support bot-Not only can you chat with your clients and provide live support, but you can also use their top tier AI/NLP tools to get your bot when you cant chat live to answer their questions. Fantastic tool set for this. Oh and their back end? Well if you are not there you can pass it on to a team member as it is built for a full customer service team to help all of the clients.
BrandManagementBot-what? Well MyAlice operates across social channels, not just the chat box on your website, so you can chat to just about anyone anywhere. They just rolled out a feature to answer questions and respond to comments on an IG post. You can literally manage a brand from MyAlice. Be everywhere at the same time. You really get a LOT of leverage out of this tool.
Finally the Ecommerce bot-the MyAlice integration with Shopify and WooCommerce is fantastic. You can close deals in the chat as it integrates with your store inventory and billing functions. If you can't generate more sales with this function then you probably do not have any sales or traffic at all. I have liked the MyAlice system enough that everyone should have it. But if you have an ecommerce site and you don't have it then you are truly saying you don't want to make more money. This may sound like hyperbole but it is not. The tool is fantastic for E-Com.
I am clearly a fan. Go try it out.

Compared to other tools MyAlice does very well, I have a WooCommerce store and many social channels. MyAlice can integrate my clients into one platform, making it easy to manage my clients, my team and I can Manage and view the same chats from one place, the live chat functionality on the website is useful. to close the sale successfully
Beautiful UX/UI design, attractive and user-friendly. This makes it suitable for agencies that want to sell their services to their customers.
It has a great roadmap combined with a good product that responds to users.
Highly recommended, don’t miss out MyAlice .

A very nice tool with fast development pace and amazing support staff. The team is very responsive and listens to the customer suggestions. Overall, the tool is great as well, my actual review would be 4.5/5 but that is not an option here.

Tawk.to Alternative but Ecommerce Focused
I love using MyAlice for two reasons. One, it provides a centralized platform for my ecommerce needs. Two, the customer service is great. The reps are super helpful and knowledgeable and they always get back to me in a timely manner. The pricing is also very affordable. I love the way the platform is set up. It is very easy to navigate and I love that I am able to set up my own customer service monitoring tools. I love that I can have my own customized customer service experience.

Solid Product!
I rarely do reviews, but I have to say that MyAlice really surprised me :)
Compared to other competing tools, MyAlice really has everything you can hope for. It integrates perfectly with my WooCommerce store and at the same time with the social channels I currently use for my store (Facebook and Instagram)
I can manage everything from one place and that's great!
In addition, my team and I can manage and see the same chats from a single place, a very useful function for live chat on the website, but above all for Whatsapp.
Also, even if we are not online, the automated bots respond to customers.
Their Roadmap is very promising and even if the product is great right now, it will surely be a market leader if all the features in the roadmap are implemented.
The UI is beautiful to look at and use, which makes it great for both me and agencies that want to sell the service to their clients.
The product is solid and it works. The team is very attentive and responds quickly to both emails and the Facebook group. They have a solid vision.
Highly recommended.

Easy, Convenient and Automated Unified Inbox with Ticketing Built-in
I found it easy to get started with MyAlice as within the first 5mins of using their platform, I was onboarded and had a live chat plugin installed on my website! They have an intuitive UI with logical navigation - everything is where it should be.
I love the fact that I can see a 360 view of my customers thanks to their integration with WooCommerce. I can see their purchase history, what's in their cart, what products they have viewed and a lot more, which makes providing customer service a breeze.
I set up ticketing in a way that allows me to ask about the issue my customers are facing before handing over to live chat, which saves time for both of us. MyAlice has the option to control when a ticket is created and everything runs automatically.
The best thing is that because of the Unified Inbox, I can provide the same speedy automated customer service for customers who chat with me via Facebook Messenger and Instagram direct messages. I think they have integrations with other chat/texting services, but I am still exploring.
Can't recommend this app enough!

I have been using myalice from sometime…
I have been using myalice from sometime now. Earlier we used to manage customers queries and support with email only so it was difficult for us track different channels and it was wasting our lot of time. But when we started using myalice, it saved a lot of time for us. It integrates directly with our store and can view and use the customer data from the dashboard which looks really beautiful. Now we are able to track customers requests and queries for different channels and we are able to give them better experience. I recommend myalice to everyone
