Surprised it's the first time of shopping online for african products without any stress, speedy delivery and proper communication throughout.

Unfortunately the original shipment was damaged in transit (UPS) however the My Africa Caribbean swiftly dealt with the matter, great communication and very responsive.......needless to say the product (Carib Shandy with Lime) itself is of a great quality and taste with a reasonable price - recommended

After optimistically making the purchase I soon started to regret my decision, with imaginary tracking dates and a whole list of emails ignored only once my purchase was escalated through a dispute was I contacted only to be ignored numerous times more when requesting a refund
