I signed up for FREE! It let me to credit card information in which I filled out after selecting the 9.99 a month option in which I believed started after a free trial. I was charged 119.00, a years worth. This was my last check before 3 weeks off. I’m not seeing a customer service number or 24/7 C.S contact they include. Disgusted!

DO NOT BUY! IT DOESN'T WORK WITH IPHONES AND THEY ARE NOT UPFRONT ABOUT IT. If I could rate this a negative 10 I would. The customer service provides very little helpful, strategic trouble-shooting. After the refund policy expired, and I was still trouble-shooting, the Spylix Team communicated via email that it really doesn't work with iPhones EVEN though they advertise that it does. What a joke.

If I could rate this service a minus 10 I would. No customer service no phone number to call just an email that they have 48 hours to respond!
They take your money and provide sketchy service! No benefits to this service text messages, phone calls , GPS locations none of them work!!!

Do not work as advertised. I installed it on my own phone first to see how it goes. SMS log and call log works, but social media is a joke. You cannot hear voice messages, even I can't see both 1st and 2nd party WhatsApp conservation, only who send I can see but reply I can't,

so it makes Whatsapp tracking virtually useless. It also updates in random intervals, not "live" as said in the ad. GPS location is not very precise - 100m radius. Kinda ok, but disappointing. I uninstalled it few days later with no intention of using it at the targets phone, when Google Protect showed a notification about "malware" and advised to uninstall it (I previously disabled that feature,

Spylix is a fraud. Claimed features don't work. I paid for a full year expecting to monitor target phone's Whatsapp messages, GPS, call logs etc. Whatsapp, GPS and browser history never showed. Only SMS and call logs show when device us connected to WiFi but if using mobile data nothing shows. I uninstalled and reinstalled as instructed by Spylix support but still didn't work. Save your money by staying away from Spylix.

If I could give them a zero I would. I took my time to read all of the information and also watched the video before purchasing. I also thought I read legitimate reviews. I purchased this to block wifi access for a family member.
The wifi part was grayed out and would not even open. I paid for the full year price also. I immediately sent an email. Nicely asking for a refund. Of course they wanted a background of what happened. I explained.
Next day I again asked for a refund. They didnt respond to my request. They responded by stating they can help walk me through it to tey and fix it. I don't want that. I removed the app.1 hour after downloading and setting it up. Today I was even more specific asking for a refund. No answer.
I always leave good reviews for businesses. I told him I would not be for him. This app is horrible. Does not do what it says it will do.

This service is a fraud. It does not work. Do not try to pay your money to them.

This company Spylix.com is scum bag. Rib off by misleading advertising. No gps location, no call log, no Facebook tracking. A lier to get your money.

Worst spy company with only call log support and nothing else never ever go with this process and kindly dont trust any reviews on the site

Zero customer support

Only features that consistently work in this app are the call log and GPS . Customer support is not 24/7 and they don't seem to understand the support request; maybe a language barrier
