Did my efile training with Nickie today and I would really recommend! She was so great and encouraging!

I just completed e file training with Nickie and can honestly say it was one of best training courses I had been on. Nickie is so knowledgable, friendly and helpful! X

Training is so good this is my second time now doing training with nickie, she knows her stuff so well and is absolutely amazing at what she does!

Kayleigh was incredible on the e-file course. She was so thorough and knowledgeable which made me feel so much more confident on completing the course. I would absolutely urge anyone to go to Kayleigh for the e-file course!

I completed my efile training today with Kayleigh in Northumberland. Wow what can I say Kayleigh is a fantastic educator. She is so encouraging and fantastic at what she does! Shes cool calm and collective. Would highly recommend cant wait to see the difference in my prep work from using the efile. Thanks Kayleigh and Muse!

I did my Efile training with Nickie yesterday and she was amazing, super patient and explained everything so well without making it complicated or overwhelming! She was super knowledgeable and passionate and really willing to give advice on any aspect of the nail industry! No question was silly and she instantly put you at ease! I left feeling a lot more confident. Highly recommend, can’t fault it! <3

Today I completed the E-file course with Nickie, and what an amazing day 👏👏 Nickie is so patient and goes into great detail when explaining and demonstrating the course. This is now the second course i’ve done with Nickie and couldn’t recommend her more, she is such an amazing educator!!!

i recently did a course with kayleigh, and what a dream i must say. she was very welcoming and explained everything perfectly, not to mention the course itself was an absolute dream. was very easy to understand and was just overall a great experience, i feel a lot more confident now and have learnt so much!

Two of our nail technicians had efile training off Kayliegh. Both came back saying how fab the training was and straight away were both excellent at delivering perfect nails using the efile once back in the salon.

I completed E file training today with Nickie and can I just say what an incredible educator. Nickie is so patient and supportive, explains everything so well, is so welcoming, has a warm and friendly manner, makes you feel comfortable and most importantly builds your confidence. This is the 2nd course I've done with Nickie and will 100% be back.

I recently completely the Muse E file training, the course it’s self was fantastic the manuals are clear and practical. Having started my nail journey with Nickie I was looking forward to going back to do this training and it did not disappoint, she’s a fantastic educator who is very knowledgeable, giving tips tricks and advice to help you throughout the whole day and is extremely supportive afterwards too. The practical demonstration was thorough she took time to answer any questions. Coming away feeling more confident and gaining valuable knowledge to be able to better my work. I recently completed the eFile training and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the content and delivery. The training was clear, concise, and incredibly well-structured, making even the more technical aspects easy to understand.
Nickie was knowledgeable, patient, and provided practical examples that made the learning experience both engaging and relevant. I came away feeling confident in using the eFile system and appreciated the step-by-step guidance throughout the process.
This training has definitely equipped me with the skills and understanding I need to work efficiently. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get up to speed with eFiling!

I did my course with Nickie Muirhead and can I just say how amazing she is!! She’s so professional while having a good friendly balance who makes you feel so at ease and comfortable! She really knows her stuff aswell and she just wants to help you become successful! The muse course itself is amazing!!!! It comes with a booklet with everything you need to know and I love it! The course is so informative, I got the muse Efile and bits and wow! The bits come with cards that explains what they are and the purposes of them which help so much!! Highly recommend this course and muse products it’s definitely money well spent!

I have recently completed my Efile training course at Nickies, a lovely environment, very fun and learned a lot. Nickie is so helpful and welcoming.

The course itself was spot on and easy to follow, in a small group which I loved because it meant we got one to one support when needed, Nickie was always there to help and answer questions. I would highly recommend booking with Nickie, the best.

Had the best day on my efile course. Nickie was amazing put everyone at ease and her teaching styles are perfect for simple and easy learning and focusing on practical work so we can all go out and nail it. Could not recommend enough!

Done my efile training with Nickie at her training academy in Edinburgh yesterday and it was the best, so helpful and insightful and also really fun!

Nickie is so friendly and encouraging and the small class setting means that you get a lot of 1:1 time and are able to ask questions and get lots of feedback

The course itself is really easy to follow and the support and communication from Nickie and Muse were great through the whole journey from booking right through to the day itself, would highly recommend Muse and Nickie to anyone looking to get trained in using an Efile!
