Liars , I ordered a hamper 20/10/25, never received it , they said they sent another to replace it, never received it . Then I was offered a hamper free of charge because of all of the stress and hassle they caused. I received half of it . But guess what, they charged me £94. Bunch of ripoff artists. The meat I did receive was cheap imported cuts from Brazil, and the steaks were tasteless.

Avoid.

rubbish food,not even worth the delivery cost,i;ve given it one because it arrived on time but the score for the steaks is zero so you can take me off your mailing list,never again

Received half steaks I ordered & no freezer bags bacon or sausages .. when complained was told ‘ sorry ‘ after 5 emails explaining the situation then offered £15 voucher that still left me out of pocket ?? Disgusting customer service won’t ever use again .

Very short regarding ‘eaten by dates’. Who on earth can eat that amount off food? Food parcel was left at a neighbour for 3 days,,, I did NOT specify that neighbour, I had to throw all the food away! Dreadful experience. It took 3 days to track the order as they do NOT give a valid telephone number!

Customer Service is really poor. They show “no” sympathy when they mess up your order and cause a 5 day delay.
For some reason repeatedly they allow you to order your hamper for delivery on Tuesday to Northern Ireland.
However their system can not deliver on a Tuesday but instead of not allowing it to be accepted it takes the order and holds the payment. Does not inform you until you start chasing where is my delivery....
They are aware of the issue but have not corrected it. This has been happening since pre Christmas. As I said. They show no sympathy. Everyone knows when your planning a meal plan or diet that you remove all foods so you are not tempted and only have in the foods you will need. As they are prepared meals I had no extra food in so had to go and start organising food.
Very disappointing and such a shame when I do enjoy their meals.
Myself and a friend order together as we get so it two orders really and over a £100 a week including delivery.
Please Muscle Food be more customer focused.
Also it concerns me greatly that you have more poor ratings than good...:. Does this not worry you?????

Because I greedily want to get a free rice, I had to pay money for no reason every month（stupid Vip），all the tips are so small that you can hardly find them even when i try to cancel the “VIP" it same small which took my 1 hour to find it. Disgusting robber behavior can tell what kind of company this is

They ignore your messages, send you half of your order and still no reply, I have already contacted watchdog! They scam people, please don’t use this.
