Really pleased with the VeinEasy compression socks from Mumora. The four pack deal was much better value than other compression socks I found online, and I loved the range of colours available.

I paid for faster shipping as I needed them for a holiday the following week, and they arrived in good time.

Only reason it is not five stars is that I would love a multi pack where you can mix and match colours. Otherwise, great value and very happy with my purchase.

Peace Comfort and Calm

I was recommended this sight by a couple of friends, I wanted to help my wife rather than annoy her! She is seven months and unhappy uncomfortable and unreasonable but I get it.
Rather than Chocolate or Flowers I wanted something to help her relax and get comfortable.

I purchased your pillow first of all and that went down really well, she now carries around the house so she can get comfortable. A big thank you. I then saw the Echo Beat and this was a game changer, my wife worries constantly as this is her first pregnancy. The peace of mind it brings her us both actually is amazing!
The price for what this actually does is more than fair and the quality is really good. I feel like a proper NHS Worker. Just all round a good Company especially the Customer Service. Hopefully they will have more things going forward and then it would be a Five.

We completely understand how frustrating it can feel when a device designed to provide reassurance does not perform properly. That is never the experience we want for any expectant mum.

As the EchoBeat is an electronic medical device, very occasionally units can become affected during transit. While this is rare, when it does happen we replace the device promptly once we are made aware of the issue. We always encourage customers to contact us directly first, as this allows us to resolve matters quickly and with as little stress as possible.

For context, we supply over 100 devices each week and only a very small number present faults. Even so, one disappointing experience is one too many for us, and we are continually working with our quality assurance partners to reduce this further.

It is naturally disheartening when only the rare negative experiences are reflected publicly, as they do not represent the many positive and reassuring moments shared by mums using EchoBeat each week. However, we truly value all feedback and use it to improve.

As soon as this was identified, our customer care team reached out by email to let you know that the parcel was awaiting collection or redelivery directly from Yodel, and provided guidance on how to resolve this with the local depot.

Product is very low quality for the…

Product is very low quality for the price and took a very long time to ship from China. If I had known it was "temu" style junk I would not have ordered from mumora. Highly disappointed.

I have still not received this- ordered end of December. Fell off my delivery tracking. If not received in a week, plan to request a refund, dissatisfied about shipping times, tracking, and transparency

Your order was placed on New Year’s Eve during the holiday period. As outlined on our website, we operate a 1–3 business day processing window. Due to the bank holidays, your order was processed on 5 January, the next working day. The free shipping option selected has an estimated delivery time of up to 9 working days from dispatch, meaning your parcel is currently only a few days beyond the estimated timeframe.

We can see that your order has now departed the USPS Fairburn facility and is in transit, so it should be with you very shortly. We completely appreciate that the tracking update falling off your radar was frustrating, and we’re sorry this wasn’t brought to our attention sooner so we could proactively assist.

Bought the Mumora FlexiCradle as a gift…

Bought the Mumora FlexiCradle as a gift for my niece and she loves it. The product is innovative, well priced and clearly designed with real pregnancy needs in mind. Customer service was excellent, communication on delivery updates were quick, which was refreshing. A fab experience all round and I would happily recommend Mumora, wish they had these in my day!

I ordered the EchoBeat Fetal Doppler from Mumora as a baby shower gift for my best friend. I live in Cyprus and chose the free shipping option, so I was a little concerned about timing as I had a set date in mind. The order arrived in around 9 days, and when I did check in about the tracking, Mumora’s customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and kept me updated, which was very reassuring. A positive experience overall and a lovely gift. I would happily order from Mumora again.
