Thank you for your review. As stated on our website we only offer a click and collect service from our store in West Wales. This was developed to support our local customer base during the pandemic. We are not attempting to supply nationally, we are only a small shop. With regard to your order, there was no refund as you were never charged.
great customer service

This is a brilliant health shop and has everything you could ever need in stock. I did however order for click and collect and the service was great but I only received 1 of my items when I ordered 2 of everything.Obviously I got what I paid for but it seems they don't sell more than one of everything this way. I would recommend their excellent service still though to others. Thank you
