Ordered my dad's Father's Day present on 16 June with a week to spare. Told on the Thursday it would land Friday. FedEx said Friday too. Friday came and went and my dad had nothing to open on the day. That part is on Muc-Off, not the courier. What happened next tells you everything. I chased four times across Monday and Tuesday. Monday morning, Monday lunchtime, Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning. Most of those emails were ignored for an entire working day. The sum total of what I got back was "we're waiting on FedEx." No urgency, no ownership, nobody actually picking this up and fixing it. Eight days after I paid, I still had no present and no delivery. Their own tracking says the parcel is lost somewhere in England. I had to push hard just to get a replacement agreed, and even then they asked me for an address that has been sat on the order since the day I placed it. I run a business myself, so I know parcels go missing and couriers let you down. That isn't the problem. The problem is a company that takes your money, breaks every delivery promise it makes, then leaves you chasing for a week while your present goes nowhere. Shop elsewhere, or at the very least don't trust a word they tell you about delivery dates.
