I dealt with Sarah, and Glen from the Howick branch. They were friendly, very helpful, and I felt like they kept my interest in mind in regard to why I was applying for a finance loan. I'm not the best with digital paperwork etcetera, however, Sarah had it all sorted, and made things as streamlined as possible.
