I ordered a lemon Jellycat nwt and there was a little confusion on the description when it was posted but the seller was quick to respond and to send me a picture of what I would be purchasing and let me know if I would still like to purchase or not. I loved how honest they were and especially on the quickness of answering me back. I definitely ordered and will order again.

I started purchasing from Ms Rudolph off her ebay shop and quickly migrated to the website - I've loved every purchase I've made and Ms Rudolph is always happy to accommodate requests and reach out if there are any issues with the order.
I've never had any issues with the quality of product that arrives, all flaws/defects are clearly stated in her listings and everything arrives in the advertised condition.
Her use of recycled packaging is another big tick for her, and my plush always arrive wrapped in paper with a discount code card!
