Dishonest practices
Company sold me a unit and did not honor price I paid that was listed on their website. A month and numerous emails and phone calls later my payment was refunded.

To clarify, production of the green light therapy unit which you had ordered could not be completed promptly due a temporary change in the sourcing of raw materials for the equipment production. The change to was not within our control and we immediately issued you a full refund upon confirmation that we could not complete the unit in a timely manner. In addition to issuing a full refund we had delivered a free gift of a high quality metal ultrasonic skin scrubber.
While we are sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced, and we understand you seem disappointed, however we would appreciate it if you would not make up inaccurate statements referring to numerous phone calls and emails which never occurred. In fact we contacted you only once we internally confirmed your unit could not be delivered in a timely manner and we issued your full refund to your original payment method within one hour.

Great perfect shape machine
My friend told me about MShape Beauty’s Perfect Shape machine, and yes I have to agree it really phenomenal! I love how the machine has an attractive sleek gold & black design. And it’s hands free! this is the best - just lie there, relax, and get an intense muscle workout. I think we all need one of these machines!

Original review on eBay post: The seller posted on eBay as a bidding best offer they don't honour, which turned me off. Are you interested in selling the machine?
I apologize to mShape for this review. They were not the seller who tried to catfish me with a bid for one of their machines. They kept refusing and not honoring the bid, which was a good thing because I think they were not legitimate. Thanks, mShape, for bringing it to my attention.

High-quality apparatus
I think if you order from MShape Beauty you will get both good quality machine and service. We wanted a powerful EMSculpting machine that can give a treatment program similar to BTL’s machine. EMShape Neo Pro is exactly that. They also give online training that’s very thorough!

Machine and staff both excellent
Thanks you guys! I really like that I could call and talk to a real human who is so kind and knowledgeable also! Our personal emshape machine is very wonderful to use also. Even after using it the first time my muscles feel stronger. It’s not painful but it’s very intense! I recommend.

Effective Machine and easy to learn training
MShape Beauty has such a great lineup of effective muscle building and toning machines. They also do free online training for us. I only wish I had found them sooner!

Machine didn’t work. Waiting on a new part to come in which still
Has not arrived. The machines heating element isn’t working and they never sent the pad so I’m not happy at all with the product
