Matt and his team of builders have been fantastic! They have completely renovated my new house, including: installing a new ground floor shower room; reconfiguring the attic bedroom and installing a new shower room: installing a new boiler, hot water tank, plumbing and central heating throughout the house; installing new electrics throughout the house: laying new flooring throughout the ground floor and attic; relocating the soil pipe from inside to outside the house; and decorating throughout.
Matt and his team are honest and trustworthy, their timekeeping is good and they always turned up when they said they would. I can't recommend them enough.

I found MS-Builders by researching on the internet for local companies that, as well as building, would carry out a complete refurbishment of our Victorian house. I have hired various contractors over the years and have sometimes been unsure I made the right choice, but not this time. Matt not only runs the company but manages the project as well as doing a lot of the work himself, so having him on site all the time means that any problems are quickly resolved. He has a good team around him - labourers, electricians, plumbers, decorators etc. all good-humoured and hard-working. Our project included installing new bathrooms, tiling, roofing, decorating throughout, carpentry, new lighting and numerous small jobs that were never too much trouble. Matt has very high standards and encourages dialogue to make sure his clients are happy with his work. He also has enormous patience. When I changed my mind about a new bath he had just installed he was happy to take it all out and start again, handling the change calmly and professionally. I have no hesitation in highly recommending MS-Builders, but get in quick as they are in great demand.

I had a difficult refit requirement to my home which a lot of other builders refused or priced too high due to potential problems but Pat and his crew not only took the job but overcame any issues that arose during the build. Pat and crew were polite accommodating and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this company for any home renovation!

I employed MS builders to renovate my flat after they had made an outstandingly good job of my daughter’s ground floor extension in Hammersmith. They were so patient, careful and helpful, especially with the appallingly bad Hammersmith and Fulham council who changed their minds about permissions on a regular basis.

I’ve not been disappointed, the quality of their work is exceptionally good, real care and attention is put into every aspect. Their price was not expensive for the quality. You might get cheaper but you won’t get better.

100% would use them again

We are very happy with MS Builders. We had an existing conservatory demolished and a rear extension built and it was just as agreed. Matt was professional and reliable, we agreed everything upfront and were consulted along the way to ensure everything was built to our specifications. We are planning another project next year and will be using MS Builders too. Would 100% recommend!

Matt and his team installed and fitted our kitchen. We undertook a renovation project and we needed Matt to install new plumbing, electrics as well as boarding and plastering prior to fitting the kitchen. We are incredibly happy with our new kitchen and the level of workmanship from Matt his team. Matt always had a solution for any issues that came up along the way and kept us updated and discussed practicalities with us so we understood. Highly recommend Matt and his team who are hard working and were nice to have around our home.

Matt and his team have been fantastic to work with. My project hit some snags (not the fault of MS Builders) and they stuck with the project offering problem solving solutions along the way. The work is great quality too, with excellent attention to detail.

Matt and team were great; attentive, on time and hard working. And unlike other builders, you didn't get a sense that they were trying to rip you off. Only slight hiccup was regarding a TV socket; they forgot to install the aerial but they fixed for no additional cost. Would use again!

Matt and team rebuilt our garden wall. Plenty of complicating factors were handled carefully and the entire job completed to a high standard. Super nice guys, great communication.

Towards the end of 2022 I commissioned MS Builders for some exterior work involving a complicated decking design. They showed themselves to be experienced, knowledgeable, capable and efficient, with a ‘can do’ attitude to every problem. They never let me down on a promise made.

Beside filling me with total confidence, Matt was also an absolute pleasure to work with.

Fairness and honesty do not even need to be mentioned, because where this company stands above the rest is how they always put their customer first – from the initial scoping and transparent costing to the professional and considerate attitude and the superb quality of their delivery.

If you are lucky enough to secure their services, it also pays to listen to their advice which will save you unnecessary costs in the long term.

Great work from Matt - had our kitchen totally redone by MS Builders. Estimated time was 3 weeks and give or take a day with some unexpected extra work all to time. Easy to communicate with and we could leave the house in their safe hands with no worries, even with a cat! All work certified. Recommend

We used Matt and his team for a full home renovation a few years ago. We were so impressed with the quality and finish of the project that we have continued to use his services until now. This has included a complete garden renovation with a large artist studio.
He is very approachable and accommodating. Him and his team are very punctual, hard working and they ensure that by the end of the day everything is put away leaving the home very clean and tidy.

I had a basement extension project completed by Matt and his team which has transformed our home amazingly. Matt is very flexible and friendly during the construction and will change and adapt things to the site condition. The overall movement of the party wall has been controlled within a very low level after the underpin. They worked so hard to get the work done with as little disruption to me and my family as possible. Matt as the project manager has the skills and knows exactly what needs to be done during the different stages of the work. We would have him do more work for us in the future.

Matt and his team did the reconfiguration of the first floor and the loft conversion in our house in Ravenscourt Park. He and his team worked extremely hard and delivered high quality work throughout. Matt was constantly in touch with us to assure the results were according to our ideas and wishes. We subsequently also commissioned him for the built in furniture and hard landscaping of the garden. With his attention to detail and his technical expertise, Matt is one of the best builders we have ever worked with and we highly recommend him.
