Great Service
Cover for a 3-seater Lutyens bench arrived in excellent condition and very swiftly. It is exactly what we need and seems of high quality.

Furniture is satisfactory .The delivery service however is poor unless you are able move all items from roadside to garden. Additionally the wooden pallet and frame have to be disposed of by the customer. Regardless of any explanation at the point of ordering we remain of the opinion that the delivery process is poor.
In future we will stick with Blue Diamond .

The bench cover is very good. It’s a shame they don’t have a table cover and you have to use a small bench cover instead

The Item was a good price .. it was advertised as a pre-order for delivery in June. Order placed 7th June. I received no updates from Mr Teak so called 26th June to be told the item was delayed due to issues with cargo not coming through the Suez Canal. I waited for further updates but received nothing and so I called again on 23rd July when I was told the item was due in the next day. I received a call the following day to arrange delivery. Delivery was as scheduled and we’re really pleased with the item.

Excellent quality and very quick delivery.

Ordered a bench on the 30th of April and was fobbed off for over two months with excuses that it was out of stock (why take the order?), and then had to accept an alternative because we wanted the bench to enjoy this summer and not in the autumn. Was told we'd receive a bench cushion as an apology, that didn't happen. The bench has unsightly glue stains on the front and back, would not recommend. Again, why would I order a bench if I was going to have to wait over 2 months for delivery? I wasted two days waiting for the delivery which didn't arrive, the glue stains haven't improved either.

Excellent service, excellent product.

The customer service is very poor. They sent the wrong chair, and because we are elderly we had to have someone assemble it for us. They ask so oiled it. I was not present to check the product. In addition the dowels are wrong and stuck out. I sent photos to the company. No apology, no attempt to help, no offer of dowels or partial refund, and no reply to my last email with photos. I refrained from commenting to give them time to reply but nothing. I’m upset about the whole thing. I can’t from our experience recommend this company.

instructions where not easy to get to read ,but after putting the bench together was very impressed with it the finished bench looks great ,the finish was immaculate

I purchased a bench on 9 July. Despite this company claiming to provide 24hr delivery it didn’t arrive until 16 July. By 22 July it became clear this bench was badly made and all the joints were coming away, rendering it unusable and dangerous. I reported the issue with the company but they refused to issue a refund, replacement or arrange a collection. Now despite numerous phone calls and emails they do not reply or even acknowledge my concerns. AVOID BUYING from this company.
