I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the amazing job she did with the floor sanding in my home. The floors had years of wear and tear, and I honestly didn't think they could ever look good again. Charlotte carefully assessed the condition of the wood and recommended the best finish to bring out the natural color. The sanding was done very precisely and the final coating gave the floors a beautiful, durable shine. Charlotte was also very friendly and patient in answering all my questions throughout the process. The results exceeded my expectations and completely changed the look of my house.

I made an inquiry on Friday the 2nd of Jan and they were onsite first thing Saturday morning.

They run a really professional operation and they completed the job in a really tight time frame.

They were very easy to work with and very honest with us when we were making decisions regarding the floor preferences.

I would highly recommend this company - they sanded and sealed my damaged, 20 year old, engineered wooden floor and it looks amazing now. Their customer service was excellent- always replied promptly to my messages and they arrived on time and got stuck in straight away, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished job. Lovely people too.

Brad and team are amazing - great comm, punctual, efficient and the end result looks great. I recently bought a flat and the wooden floor looked tired but after they sanded and oiled it looks so refreshed now! Silly me also accidentally stepped on it before it fully dried and Brad helpfully offerred to fix it. Would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a professional sanding!

Brad and the team did an excellent job sanding, filling and treating my wooden floor with lacqure, as well as fixing all the loose boards. Communication was great both before the job and during, everyone was highly professional and left the floor with a perfect finish! They went out of their way to fix every imperfection in the floor, highlighting areas I hadn't even noticed. I couldn't reccomend them enough to anyone in need of floor restoration.
