What a wonderful place
What a wonderful place. We bought some black riven slate and we wanted to ask a couple of questions. We rang them and were greeted by a lovely woman who answered everything we needed to know. Friendly and professional all the way. When we collected it the slate was put into our van and a man actually came to us and showed us how to get a nice edge on the slate. Highly recommend. Beautiful slate.

From there online service to customer service, tiles came on a pallet well wrapped up an not one was damaged I had searched high an low for the tiles I bought an the quality was amazing,

Seamless transaction and top rate service both in house and their 3rd party couriers. My query was dealt with immediately over the phone and confirmed via email. Nowhere else to go for me now.

Very good service. The free sample of the Brazilian raven slate tile was delivered quickly and well packaged. I really appreciated the free sample as it allowed me to see if the tiles would be suitable.
