Very different fun element
This sites very different i love the fact u got games rather than just buying tickets , I do find its hard to get a decent win mainly lower amounts than you're bet or same as bet , how ever u have to remember it still is a raffle site not a slot or game site so u do get more wins than a normal raffle site buying tickets.
Contact is a issue ive contacted via email about different things over past month or so and u dont get replies , contact is a issue it states u get a reply with in 24 hours but in my experience 3 different times for 3 different things ive never actually had a reply
I have won the daily 100 twice. 1st time I ended up spending it as when I went to cash out I noticed u have to send a lot of things off I did that but I thought it would take ages to approve (it took 24 hours so not bad atall) was abit like yeah okay never had to do that before yes id and details to send payments that's normal but a pic of me with my id, bank statement, id again, I can't remember if it was more was a lot more than u ever had to send to raffle sites.
Payouts the longest payout on a raffle site ive experienced is 24 hours ive took out 80 (all my id and stuff is already approved by this point it was approved about a week prior) but here it says up to 7 working days that is extremely long no online gambling sites (bingo slots or raffles) take this long most are instant or with in the hour and some take up to 24 hours but unusually much quicker.
I did a survey and got £5 free and did recommend they show how many of each prize is left and ive noticed that's updated wich is good as before u could see prizes but u didn't know how many was available etc.
I think if the payment length is updated to faster payments , or even instant ones where u can link youre bank as a lot of sites do now then then this could be one of my favourite ones and most recomened IF YOU LIKE TO.PLAY THE GAMES INSTESD OF JUST BUYING TICKETS much more fun element.
Also the contact needs to be more persistent and be able to actually speak with someone if there's a issue or if u have questions contact is a key thing.
My payout has been pending since 2/07/26, its now the 5th I will update this to let people know roughly how long withdrawals are taking currently.
If the issues raised are corrected i could easily give a 5*
Update 8/7/26 ; after sending emails again asking for updates on withdrawal made on the 2nd. I had a reply the first time on the 6th just saying it will be soon. But so far no payment has been received i have played a fair bit but feel put of i absolutely love the games as stated before but I dont feel I could continue to put money into it. To have to wait so long for a payment to be received and having to chase it up I belive 24-48 hours is acceptable when instant payment isnt available but from withdrawl on 2nd and still no sign of it on the 8th is abit much, and the fact u have no idea when you'll receive it.

Good news on your withdrawal: it's already been processed on our end, we're just waiting on the bank to confirm it lands. Bear in mind it's the weekend, so you may see a small delay there, but it's on its way. The "up to 7 working days" is a worst case, and it's usually much quicker. Your feedback on speeding up payouts is noted, and it's something we're actively working on.
On the ID checks, we completely understand it feels like a lot compared to other raffle sites. We're required to carry them out under UK anti-money laundering rules before we can pay out, and the upside is that now you're approved, future withdrawals will be much smoother.
