This platform is designed for clients to independently create and manage their apps, including troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
However, we faced a unique situation with this particular client. Despite our platform's self-service nature, the client chose a different approach. Instead of utilizing the provided tools and resources, they resorted to posting negative reviews on Trustpilot as a means to leverage a full refund, which goes beyond our standard Terms of Service.
In our commitment to client satisfaction, we extended a full refund to the client, exceeding our usual policy. Regrettably, communication from the client ceased following this refund. Our response to this situation is not out of dissatisfaction with the client's actions, but rather a commitment to transparency and fairness in our operations.
