Mr.Jeff helped me restore my Amazon business when I lost all hope.
I had my account on amazon suspended due to it being related to another account under the same name. I was completely and utterly heartbroken and emotional, almost a year of research and work and after my first week of my product launch I was on the verge of now losing my business and my product. I then tried for almost 2 weeks trying to find the issue and get the appeal but it was hopeless. It was only when I came to Mr.Jeff and went through all the information step by step was I able to understand where the issue was. Then after that it was simple! So simple I felt so silly not finding it sooner but as a first time business owner it was incredibly hard to keep calm and pinpoint the issue like them.
