Scott was polite and efficient working with my requirements on where the EV charger is to be installed. Helped me setup the app and talked me through the process. A credit to the company, thank you.

Josh arrived to site and was incredibly friendly and brought me through the installation process and offered me options of placement. Total works completed with little to no disruption and finished by walking me through the app and how to use it. Very informative and overall a fantastic, tidy, installation.

Job was done efficiently and the charger is working fine. Engineer arrived rather later than we were told (we were told an actual time rather than given a window). I am with Octopus and it would have been helpful to have been told that as well as setting up the Ohme app I needed to link the charger to the Octopus app - until I did this the car was connected to the charger but would not charge

I was very impressed with the service provided by Mrcharger. They dealt with my query, understood my requirements and gave me options of what chargers they thought were suitable. The engineer who came to fit it did a great job and had it fitted and running in no time

Absolutely appalling service. For the past two years, I have been reporting the same issue with my car charger – the mains keep tripping, making it impossible to fully charge the car. Each time, I am met with empty promises, zero urgency, and absolutely no resolution.

This level of neglect is completely unacceptable. Not only has the issue never been fixed, but the company has shown no accountability or willingness to take this matter seriously. It is shocking that a problem impacting safety and functionality has been allowed to drag on for so long.

I would strongly warn others against using this company. If you value reliability, professionalism, or even the basic expectation that issues will be resolved, stay away. This experience has been beyond frustrating and utterly disappointing.

Mr Charger kept me informed with the whole process of getting a charger fitted and let me know how long it would take to do on the day. The two workers who did the installation were on time, courteous, and kept me informed.
