this was my first DJ pool i used and i love it i would recommend all DJs to try this platform!!

I Really enjoy The Re drums for mixing and I can find song I can't find anywhere else

No complaints here, Mymp3Pool has everything i need for onair, club and events mixes. The throwbacks charts, playlists and the genres meticulously put together makes it easy for me to organize my crates on the go.

Always has the hits and updated music! Great Customer Service and the layout is easy to use!

It's been a great tool on my journey to get to where I am. Wide range of music old and new with the dirty and the clean versions. Easy to navigate around the site and the layout is pretty simple to understand.

Customer service for the MyMP3Pool merchandise store has been unresponsive. I emailed support_mymp3pool.com several times regarding the status of my 10/23 order but never received a reply. The order has shown “waiting for package” with the postal service since 11/4. After reading reviews from other buyers reporting similar issues—orders not being fulfilled and no responses from customer service—I’m very concerned. I was hoping these reviews weren’t true, but my experience suggests otherwise.

mymp3pool is not worth the money. Joined for 6 months and wasted money & time, did not have full access to all genres. Customer services is poor at best. Go with DJCITY

Genre of music its the same classic house from day one but you update rap daily im a house dj i need house music classic house music im gonna cancel my subscription

So far so good lots of music and remixes excellent quality

Its a good resource, and has a lot of good music, but seems heavily biased towards R&B/Hip Hop (I'm talking about you, "throwback" playlists! and "mainstream" playlists)
If you want an extra star, pleases consider doing separate "Throwback" playlists by major genres (ie pop, dance, pop dance, EDM, R&B etc)
The only other gripe is the preview bar at the bottom, often time s music is badly distorted, or its playing 2 copies of the track slightly offset.

Right first off I didn't buy into it I could tell from when the website loaded it's no go. Website if so poorly made 2 year old could make the website better.

You are charging outranges fee $199.56? The selection of music doesn't cut it. No latest music or charts what so ever.? Music is hard to find due to poorly made website.

No Apple or Android app? What should be must these days.

Guys don't buy this poorly service. Stick to YouTube for $139.99 with Downloads and Videos..

Customer service sucks. Been trying to contact them for a double charge for their annual fee and no one has gotten back. Left a voice mail. No one answers their contact number at all.

They took care of the issue and was very professional about it and I respect that. Updated from 1 star to 4. I’m an easy man and I hold no grudges as long as everything is made right. They’re still one of the best site to get digital music from.

Site no good didn’t see any videos. Music is old could not download any new music no refund.plain old crap

This website used to be a great place to find music with a few hiccups (hanging) every once in a while, now the new version is more reliable for its hiccups than its music. Thought it was a temporary glitch at first but no, the speed is terrible, its like they have their servers on dial-up, I have to reload the page every other song, the wait to switch pages is like each page is on a different server on another continent. It seemed like they were just phoning it in when it comes to maintaining & improving this website before, but now I think that number's been disconnected.

I am a radio mix DJ playing mostly new Hip-Hip & R&B. Properly-tagged files are very important to me, as they save me time finding these specific genres and years when I do searches with my DJ software. mymp3pool never lets me down in this area. Their charts and playlists are easily to download to my hard drive or through my dropbox account at once, so I don't have to sit on their website and sift through music I don't even want to hear or have to remember which songs to search for just to get to the bangers I need for my mixes!

These thieves have taken multiple amounts out of my bank and more than once a month. To top it off, I’ve been emailing them for over a month and they have not responded. I am running out of patience.

Make note that u have to rotate your cell in order to see the download symbol.. so far the music quality is really good download songs straight into my iPhone..

its just fustrating to me that i cantDOWNLOAD no of the songs in the cue i red one review reply fron the pool and they said when you cant down load from the cue that your not loged in of you dint fill out the form to proev you a dj they sent me a reply that said YOURN IN THE MIX wich ment i could down load .i havent down loaded 1 song all i could do is put songs in the cue 20.bucks aint gona make or break me but it was hard erned money none the less.
