prompt shipping, good price
The shipping was fast and the price was good. My one complaint is the metal frames were a little longer than the originals and makes it difficult to close the bagger lid. The discription says bag only, but came with frames. Not sure if just the bag without frame is available. Probably gonna put bags on my old frames as there was nothing wrong with them.

THE ONLY REASON I AM NOT GIVING 5 STARTS IS BECAUSE THEY CHOSE TO USE THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO DELIVER THEIR PRODUCT. UNFORTUNATLEY DUE TO MY HAVING A DOG AND THE CARRIER BEING AFRAID OF DOGS THEY WOULD NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE AND I DID NOT FIND OUT ABOUT IT FOR 2 DAYS AND THEN HAD TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE AND PICK IT UP. MOW THE LAWN, PLEASE START USING UPS OR FEDEX.

STAY AWAY!! POSSIBLE SCAM COMPANY!!
I placed an order for a replacement riding lawn mower deck, and they marked it shipped the next day. Everything seemed ok, until I noticed the day it should have been delivered it never arrived. I checked with FedEx and they said a label was created but they never received the package. I contacted mow the lawn five times via email. The first two times I just wanted the item shipped and asked for a timeframe. They responded with generic emails saying 2 to 5 days and they would get back. The never did. The last three emails were requesting a refund as it has been two and half weeks and they didn't ship or provide an update. They responded twice with generic emails saying the same thing as before, to give them 2 to 5 days. They sent one email giving a day and time they would provide me with an update. Not once did I get an update. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and magically they responded within 12 hours with an autogenerated email showing my refund has now been issued. Avoid this company and get from a reputable supplier.
