Ordered a part
Ordered a part. Paid $744 for it. Specifically a replacement deck for a John Deere S240. Waited 2 weeks for any kind of update (dont believe it when the website states orders ship within 3-4 days). Called, emailed and finally let someone know my concerns. After being told it shipped out the day before I called I get an email 2 days later stating the order had been canceled due to unforseen circumstances. That was 3-4 business days ago and still haven't got my money back. 1st time using this company and last time.

My poor old Craftsman zero turn needed…
My poor old Craftsman zero turn needed a new deck. The old one rotted clean thru. 17 years old, so I guess it's understandable.
I found a replacement deck at MowTheLawn, and it was perfect! The box was a little bit mangled, I blame the shipper for that, but the deck itself was secure in a wooden frame, held in place with seriously tough straps. Not a scratch! Well done, MowTheLawn!

I had ordered the wrong Rear bagger for my new Cub Cadet. Sending it back and getting a refund quickly and then ordered the correct model all went without a hitch. They stock ALL the accessories I will want to maintain my new mower. Excellent customer service.
