I booked this company for a move London to London and I had the packing included with the service. As a standard the offered dismantling and reassembly of the furniture that didn't fit through the door. Here comes the issue... I had our master bed and our kids bunk bed to move with other items. While reassembly our bed I realised that the guy was doing it the wrong way around and I asked him to tak it apart again and re-reassemble it. When it came to the kids bed, I didn't supervise and they ended up mounting the ladder wrongly without using two screws to secure the slates to the frame. This caused to the slates to collapse while my son was climbing into the bed almost having him falling from the bad. When I sent the picture and asked for compensation, after two weeks of hide and seek from them, they replied that it wasn't their fault and this could have been caused by myself like I was interested in dismount a mounted bed to make my kids fall.. they also mentioned a rubbish excuse of me not reporting the issue within 24hrs and they would have refund 50£ as a gesture of good will... Incredible.. absolutely unacceptable attitude from someone that says being professional. They just didn't take responsibility of their fault. Be careful..

Extremely poor service and wouldn’t recommend.

The movers showed up 2 hours late which meant moving in to the night.
I paid 450£ and did the majority of the move myself.

This moving firm were amazing! The team were quick efficient and friendly, offering to help out of their remit. They treated everything with due care and attention resulting in a safe damage free move. My move was stress free thanks to this team and all at a reasonable price I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Wonderful service and a can do attitude from the team, I have already recommended Movers for Move to many of my friends - and I would definitely enlist them again for any future moves.

I wasn’t sure in first place but the admin assured me that I’m in the safe hands and the boys did a great job. This company is my go to if I ever had to house move in the future again. 5/5 stars.

The team of 5 were excellent. Very careful with all the furniture and specially with fragile boxes. Very punctual. Highly recommend.

Arum and his team were wonderful, reliable and prompt. They worked incredibly hard to ensure the move went smoothly. All of our things arrived at our new house unscathed. Even my Grandma’s delicate china, which I was very happy about. They were good humoured and polite, and a pleasure to work with. We were delighted with the service and highly recommend Movers for Move!

The movers were great themselves - they only took under 2 hours to pack and unpack a 2 bedroom flat.
The customer service team however was a bit shady; the quote did not include the VAT fee, it just said “includes VAT”. On the day of the move the movers got a call from the team saying we owed them a lot more money - £95!! For VAT. We complained over email and was told “there are no hidden Fees, you guys never asked us how much it was, the quote includes the VAT fee”…. This was all lies. A company should have the VAT fee in the quote - they calculated how much everything would cost anyway so why not put the fee of the VAT and give us the final total to pay?
Really sneaky company. Would not go with them again.

I can not recommend this team enough; they took the stress out of moving for us and the level of care and attention to detail was second to none. We had full packing, dismantle, assemble and move service from a 3 bed to 4. The guys worked from 8am right through to 10pm to get the job done, and even though their were challenges with some of our furniture being a bit flimsy and taking longer than expected, they did everything they could to keep it in one piece. We had a good laugh and felt confident our house and stuff was in good hands at all times. Would 100% use again :) thanks guys. Georgie

Moved from London to Derby. I can honestly say this process was made so easy by using this company. I asked for a visit a few weeks before to size up my furniture but was still panicking if it would all fit in the van, but their packing skills were incredible using every inch of the van. The man was so relaxed and patient and even helped us take out the washing machine and helped with some removals although i had only booked 1 man. He helped unload with my family and even waited half an hour extra for me to arrive due to traffic on the motorway and trusted us to pay once the job was finished. NO STRESS MOVING! FANTASTIC SERVICE & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
