• On 3/20/26, I received a physical letter to my home address thanking me for my $50.00 donation received on 2/18/26. I never made this donation
• On 4/13/26, I sent an email to their customer service explaining that I received the letter and inquired about a refund as I suspected fraud. I also called their customer service agent and I spent a long time on the phone with them but ultimately, he said that his "computers were down" after placing me on a long hold and said that he'd call me back as soon as he could. He never called me back
On 4/15/26, they finally emailed back but they didn't seem to understand my inquiry so I replied to clarify my inquiry and on 4/17/26, Sarah (MoveOn Donor Support Manager) replied with,"? I took a look and see that this was listed as a one-time donation, and not a recurring one. So you should not be charged further. I'm also happy to refund the donation if this was not you and remove you from our mailing lists."
• On the same day, I replied and I asked for a refund and I didn't hear back for several days
• On 5/4/26, Sarah apologized for being sick and asked for my zip code and last four digits of my credit card used in the donation. I replied back with my zip code but explained yet again that I cannot give her my credit card digits because I didn't know which card was used. I again explained that I own a business and have many funding sources and my original inquiry was for a refund and know which credit card was used
• On 5/4/26, Sarah said, "Ah, I understand. Apologies for the confusion." This was her last email to me and they have not responded to my emails and my last message to them was on 5/20/26. I explained that I was going to reach out to BBB if they didn't reply. On 6/4, I filed a BBB complain and they did not respond
• As of today 6/24/26, I still have not heard back from Moveon so I will leave feedback in as many places as I can regarding my overall experience with this organization.

If I could give a zero star I would. My order has been in Salt Lake City Utah since May 12. Their explanation is that it was returned by my post office. I live in Florida the tracking never shows it has ever been in Florida. Don’t buy from this website/company.

Racist company.

I was told 7-10 days. I ordered on 03/17 but didn't receive until 04/14. Customer service is non-existent, just a looped package tracker. The order comes from overseas but was mislead this was an American company. Says "AMERICAN MADE"... quality. Wtf?

I find myself quite disappointed with this group. Alongside my concerns about the customer service at moveone.org, I have significant reservations about this organization. As a supporter of our country and its people, I feel that this party has demonstrated a willingness to alter their tactics and messaging merely to secure votes. Therefore, I have decided to step away from this association.

Do not order from their online "store." Customer service reps take over a week to respond to most messages, and can't deliver their dated items within a reasonable timeframe. Quick summary of my final experience:

July 24 - I ordered a "VOTE 2020" mask.
September 1 - it's been over a month and I hadn't received the item, so I reached out to customer service
September 9 - received response to my message, and they advised the masks would ship by Sept 11.
September 28 - still hadn't received the item so I sent them a follow-up email
October 5 - they responded to my email, stating that the mask had already shipped. But I had never received it, and they couldn't provide me with any tracking information.
October 15 - still hadn't received it and sent them another message
October 21 - finally got the item in hand. Remember, this is a dated 2020 election item... so I only had less than 2 weeks to use it until election day passed and the item became irrelevant.

MoveOn offered zero sincere apologies, no offer to refund, and didn't exhibit any sense of remorse/ownership of the issue at all.

In the future I will only donate to and purchase from organizations that can deliver on their goods within a reasonable time frame... clearly this is something that MoveOn can't accomplish.
