Exceeded my expectations
Ordered a custom mousepad with wrist rest as a gift. I was initially rather skeptical but the company really delivered. The mousepad looks impressive and the print quality is good. Shipping to Finland took only a week. All in all, exceeded my expectations.
My only complaint is customer service: I contacted them before ordering with concerns regarding image cropping and never received a response. Fortunately, the final product turned out well regardless.

The mousepad is great
The mousepad is great, it came a little late because of a returned product, it came on 02/18/2026. It's super big, there's only a little difference in the colors at the top, they should be lighter, but unfortunately the colors are a little darker... but I would say 7/10 is good... I give 1 minis for the colors, because the price is a little high

My experience was great because of Communication, Alex always responds to emails for me within a couple of hours despite the difference in time zones. Quality products I love my new desk pad its Awesome!

Never received the product
Never received the product. Tracking info said it was delivered somewhere but it was not at my address. Saw no delivery drop off on the day it said it was delivered.

Hi Justin, it looks like you ordered October 19th and it was printed and shipped October 21st, so 2 days. We allow 3-5 business days to print and ship out so it was actually faster than the average. AND it looks like it was delivered to you October 27th, just 6 days later... Probably the fastest I have seen in a while. Not sure why the 1 star review to be honest Justin.
Two time satisfied customer
I've bought 2 deskpads from Mousepad Warehouse now and their quality is great. The print, the materials, the stitching are all really great. If I ever need to replace these, or I just want a different design I would definitely buy from them again.

Coca Cola mouse pad
There were so many different styles to pick from. Being a big Coca Cola fan, the choice was obvious. I received my mouse pad and am very happy with it. The edges are nice and smooth, it comfortable, and good quality!

They sent the wrong item
They sent the wrong item. We contacted them through the website and to the sales email with no response. We sent a third request to the info email that was sent to us with our order, which bounced back as not existing. We ended up having to issue a chargeback on our credit card. Terrible experience.
