Is this fare demand a fair one?
I have been using this cab company for many years. I have aleays found the drivers to be kind, friendly, polite and helpful. I have always been meet in arrivals at Heathrow.
I am an older person with mobility problems. This last ride a telephone call with the driver directed me to the carpark. I asked him to meet me in arrivals as usual. He was unsure about doing this so contacted the office. He was told this was "meet and greet" and it would cost an extra £20.00. £20 for a person to walk less than 5minutes from level 3 to the lifts and back again to help with my case. What does this say about this company's care and regard for Loyalty?
