I regretted buying as soon as I did. It took weeks to come and the bottles looked like they were in a warehouse forever, all dusty. I tried to cancel before it was shipped and they gave me the runaround so it would ship and then could charge restocking fee and shipping. Now there is an ad by them saying it doesn’t work and they have a new product!!!
After 1 bottle, I’m bloated like crazy. DON’T BUY!!

DID NOT WORK AT ALL. AND i'm active and i don't overeat. COMPELTE waste of time and money.
Not to mention the process just to purchase this is absolutely, unbelievably ridiculous. It takes 1hr+ just to hit purchase with all the unnecessary upsell videos they FORCE you to watch until you can purchase and even once you hit purchase, they make you watch ANOTHER video! another 15 minutes before you can hit confirm. AND THEN they still try to upsell you with more videos and links and emails! Its unbelievable! AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AS I DIDNT LOSE 1 LB!

I’d give it no stars if that was available. This is a scam! Company states on website that it is a full 60 day guaranteed refund for any reason. I never tried it because of the ingredients. When I called I was asked why I was just now calling (I did not need to give a reason) and then she lied and said it was 30 days from
the shipment date and only refunded 50% not the guaranteed full amt. I still have almost a month left for a full refund. So I called back and that person did not state 30 days after I read off the 60 day guarantee website statement. She told me I would get it after I paid to have it shipped back AND there is a 15% restocking fee. When I said where does it state that in the 60 day refund statement or on the website. She lied and said it is in another place however there was no other place. She then tried to say goodbye and hang up. After a while she said she would send a return label and again once they received it I would get the remainder of my refund minus the restocking fee (and of course I’d be out the return shipping fee). I doubt I will receive the RA email. So I wonder if after I send I will receive nothing and it’s a hoax to get the product back with me paying the shipment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I think it is a scam and run by foreigners. I told her honesty matters but whatever her culture is it is like talking to a wall as she, like the prior person does not care about honesty in business. Based in Nevada. They need to be shut down.

Shortly after ordering the Mounjaburn product, I found I had a health issue and I decided not to use these drops after reviewing their ingredients. Then I saw these awful reviews on TrustPilot, and thought I’d better get my refund asap. I called the phone number on the invoice information on my Chase credit card account. Company was listed as Essential Dose LLC, and the phone number on Chase invoice is (800)849-1193, which I called. I stated I wanted to return the product for a refund. I also stated that the ingredients on the bottles of Mounjaburn were completely different than those which were listed on their website, which is true! The Customer Service said she would refund the $185.40 to my credit card, and I didn’t need to return the product by mail. She posted the credit for $185.40 to my credit card while I was on the phone! So like all credits, it stays on your credit card account as “pending,” while the transaction is being processed. Everyday I checked my account to see that it would clear. After 5 days it disappeared, so I called Chase Customer Service to see what happened. I explained the above, and Chase immediately credited my account for the full amount, and said they would pursue the credit refund with merchant. (I do love Chase as a bank and credit card company! Don’t know if every bank’s policy is the same.) Good luck getting your refunds!

I would leave no X If I could, this product is such a scam do not be deceived. Do not waste your money as they demand a 15% restocking fee and you have to pay to ship it back. And on top of that, it doesn't work. I don't know how those people live with themselves and the people answering the phone know exactly who they're working for.

Do not waste your time with this product. It is a total scam. It does not work they know it doesn't work and they charge you a 15% restocking fee and post charges to send them back. Total FARCE! This product does not work as advertized. Followed all instructions and took for 2 weeks. ZERO lbs lost and gave me intestinal issues. And now they refuse to refund my total purchase claiming there is handling fees and restocking fees!!! Been emailing their less then helpful cust serv with NO satisfaction. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

The product was shipped on 12-12-24 and received after that date. I was advised there was a 60 day return policy. I returned the product on 2-10-25 as it actually increased my appetite and I gained weight. However, I was told the 60 day period started from the order date, not the day I received the product. It was returned within 60 days of receiving the product. When I called the company and received my return authorization, I was told I would receive a refund for the three unused bottles. The company then backtracked on that and said no refund would be forthcoming. Very disreputable company and bad product.

I have called this company 5 times. Been hung up on twice. Emailed 3-4 times and have YET to get my promised refund. I have requested to speak with a manager on two occasions and was told they are too busy to speak with me then hung up on. No reply to last two emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

!!!!SCAM!!!! this is syrup in a bottle it came with no instructions no directions no the ocean the writing on the back is so little you need a magnifying glass to see if it taste like cherry syrup for all you know you could be drinking cough syrup been using this for Just three days and I , Have not use the bathroom and very bad mood swings please please do not waste your money always read reviews. This is a lesson learned for me. And of course they give you no way to contact them so that they don’t have to give you your money back SCAM!!!!! The people who made this should be sued.

Scam, scam, scam, beware do not buy if you purchased with your credit card. Call them and tell them it was a fraud sale basically sugar water I made the mistake of not researching before purchasing, because it said it had a 90 day moneyback guarantee but then again there is no one to be able to contact they do not Allow you to return or get a refund.

This product is a joke !
Have not lost a pound or an inch!!

1 star is inappropriate as this product deserves 0 just as everyone else has mentioned. It’s been 2 weeks no weight loss but a huge rash on my chest. As a means to avoid aggravation I will not attempt to opt for any refund. 5 unopened bottle are going in the trash.

Was going to place an order before I trying to go to the website getmounjabrn.com and found it is nonexistent. Has to be a scam. 👺

I would have given them a negative review as they would not refund ANY of my purchase price even in the time span. They lied and lied again and never refunded me anything. I spent a lot of money. They are not an honest company. No reply after I caught them in an outright lie. Horrible experience. Do NOT order from them! Terrible expensive $278 later and even refunded full product so they can make more money off of some other innocent customer. Shame on them!!! Need to be addressed. T Beachy

This product does not work! I ordered 3 bottles, shame on me, spent 180.00, all the while watching my dietary intake, and walking 8k steps a day,
My husband is livid I spent this much money for a product I now see is not available for a credit.
I still have 2 unopened bottles.
I may report to consumer protection.

Just purchased 6 bottles. The infomercial was cut and edited with other people in it. The package arrives with Oriental writing and translation on it. The email does also. No customer service contact. No paper for info and use instruction professionally. You really have no idea what you are consuming. With all that's going on it could be poison. I should have used my better judgment when. They guaranteed 3 pens of the real Mounjaro for free if the fake version doesn't work. OMG.

Don't know if it works but their business practices are scummy. My wife bought 6 bottles and then accepted a special offer of 12 bottles at a discounted amount. They processed it as one order for over $600, but they charged our credit card as 2 separate orders. She received the 6 bottles and returned them under their full-refund 60 day guarantee. We had to pay the shipping ($20). Later she was told there would be a 10% restocking fee, but they never gave the refund. She never received the 2nd order for the special deal, and they didn't process a timely refund on what she returned. They said it can take 90 days. When we disputed the charge with the credit card company, the credit card company credited us for the first order. But we were denied on the second part of the order that we never received. They said the company proved we were in possession, but we think they scammed them by giving proof of delivery for the 6 bottles (not the 12 bottles). We are still fighting this charge.

Mounja Burn and Cart Panda are complete SCAMS! Do not buy this product. They promise a return and tell you just send it back with a tracking number. After I did exactly what they told me to do in 3 e-mails promising a refund. After they have the product back they say Oh we can not offer you a refund because you do not have a RMA # which was NEVER mentioned!! oh and you had to get it before you sent back your product. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!
