Spent over £3,000 fixing my van purchase from them. In the end, we gave up and sold it today for £2,995, considering I paid £12,000 only 3 years ago.. you can see how much money we’ve lost. The same as other reviews, we had countless DPF issues. They fix up cars and vans so they are temporarily road worthy, and then after a few weeks they break down. Do not trust this company!

Bought a mercedes Vito off these people in late August, paid £15,000.00 - started having difficulties starting and reported. Despite MANY empty promises from Chris and buying extended 3 year warranty told not their problem!! Been parked up and unable to work for 6 weeks. Court case impending and I will continue to share their continued lack of interest.

I bought a large Vauxhall Movano van after getting a loan. The customer service was very good. The dealer fully serviced the vehicle and changed the cam belt before I arrived to pick up. I did have a problem with the van, but the dealership sorted the problem within days of reporting it. They introduced me to a very good local mechanic for future maintenance of my new van. Thank you Nick for looking after me so well.

If I could give minus 1 star I would purchased a 2020 Mercedes vito YE20LFS on 1/11/25 took it for test drive and before we set of a sensor on the bonnet was beeping I was told not to worry it we will fit a new one I agreed to buy van at 11500 and would pick it up the following Saturday . I called on them on Thursday and was told they have checked over the can serviced and new sensor fitted drove down picked up van got almost home and sensor started to beep then I realised the heater didn’t work nor could I change the direction of the blower , the windscreen washers , the usb charging point and a big vibration on the front wheels I put half tank of fuel in returned the van furious as these are basic safety issues which tells me they don’t do any kind of check before handing the vehicle over . They assured me they would sort the problems. They called again midweek to say they had sorted problems I took it for test drive washers still not working all my fuel was used as on empty and engine management light came on returned van again they said they would put on ramp during the week and was told it was another sensor which needed replacing which when I looked into this issue other issues could occur from this which would cost a lot of money I decided to reject the van I received no apologies from these CONMEN put me out of pocket over £150 cancelling tax insurance and fuel and 2 weeks of stress aggravation and excuses . If you want to throw money down the drain and waste 2weeks of your they are definitely the ones for you I definitely missed the bullet but still fuming

I bought the van from them and when I collected the van they don’t give me any service history papers or pack. And now when I requested they not providing any information about service history they just said call another day or wait. Weary disappointed.

Horrible customer service, without my consent and knowledge they done work on, they woman took my details down yet she never contacted to say this needs doing and done it, please be aware it cost me £250 without my knowledge so be careful looks like a scammer

This company sold us a faulty van, second we got it home it started billowing black and white smoke, sent it back to them for repair, they kept it for 2 weeks said they’d fixed the problem and it comes back still blowing thick black smoke and drinking diesel!
We asked for invoices to prove what they done have refused
We’re now 2 weeks later after asking if they’ll either pay for it to be fixed up here (we live 2 hours away) or if they’ll take the van back
We’ve rang and text multiple times and they even button our calls or say their waiting on the bosses decision!
We looked at the reviews on here and really wish we’d listened because I’m thousands of pounds down with an unusable van!!

If I can stress anything it’s don’t trust them!

Stay away from these guys if you care about your hard earned money!They only sell "lemons" and use the business name of an old ,well-trusted auto trader who sold the business to this lot a few years back.
Do not buy any car/van from this so called auto trader!

Id read some of these reviews in april but like a idiot thought theres always folk who have bad experiences, so i bought a van, wow big mistake this company need shutting down, van banging on way home all way to yorkshire, took it to 2 mechanics i know firstly they said paintwork been bodged on passenger side basically its had a big side on smash, everything loose underneath , new wheel and arm needed replacing i was not happy they claimed they knew nothing about any of it, what a load of bollocks, they did offer to pay so my mechanic did all work, then they just kept palming him off so he gave up, hes a nice guy , unlike these pillocks, then a few days ago, i had a flat so i got spare out yup flat and was melted obv where its been in smash, it really should be a police matter, as theh are putting peoples lives at risk if they do reply to this ignore any excuses. As there are non i lost my wife a few years ago an i used this money to buy this pile of shite they are definitely buying smashed vans bodging them an selling em as great co ndition its impossible they would not have known about any of this im

Omg. If you want to get a car or van and wast your money / mind go to them. I got a van. Within one day van basically blew up. Took it back and they said you have damaged the van. So please peaple if you want to protect your money don't go there.. Good luck if you do.. Disgusting people

My wife bought a van from these guys that she thought was a reputable company. 5 months later and £2500 pounds down due to bodgit maintenance work done on it by amateur mechanics to cut costs. We called them for support and basically got told they are not interested. Joke of a company with awful aftercare. Wish we’d read the reviews before but we live and learn. There is a reason these guys average a 50/50 rating on there reviews guys. Avoid them. Spend more at a better garage!

Wish I could turn back the clock and have never dealt with this joke of a dealer. Over the last 6 months the vehicle purchased has been off the road 80% of the time due to engine repair, addblue problems and DPF issues. Problems started 10 days after purchase and the incompetence of the dealer made any sort of resolution drag on and on.

The vehicles look great in the pictures and the price is inviting but be aware you get what you pay for with these jokers.

Useless at returning calls. They Twice promised to do a WhatsApp video, but failed to do so, this went on all day, me chasing them. I had to send a text at some point because of their failure to return my calls or video requests. At the end of the day a received a text say. Sorry sold van just now. Having read the other bad reviews, I expect some made up story. I reckon I dodged a bullet
