After my accident that wasn't my fault my insurance company said they couldn't help me. My daughter found Alice and her team who took on my case putting me at ease straight away everything was sorted so quickly including a courtesy car absolutely excellent service my car was taken away and sadly written off but I got more than I thought I would thank-you for all your support and hard work

After my accident, I looked for a company that could help because there were three cars involved. I found them online (after 8 pm), and as soon as I submitted the details on the website, Andy called me back within five minutes. The whole claim process went smoothly—they answered all of my questions the same day, even when I contacted them by email. A professional team with excellent claim handling; they also arranged a courtesy car for the entire time. One month after the accident, I got paid without any hassle, and I didn’t have to pay anything. Thank you, Andy and the team—I can highly recommend them.

"The only positive aspect of my experience was the prompt handling of my initial claim. However, this was quickly overshadowed by a series of negative events.

I received paperwork related to a hire car provided by Spectra during my claim period of one month. The bill for the Toyota Yaris totaled a staggering £8,000. Unsurprisingly, the other insurance company refused to cover this cost.

Following this, I was subjected to an overwhelming barrage of emails from DGM Solicitors demanding extensive financial information, including 7 months of bank statements and wage slips. This intrusive process stretched on for over 18 months, causing significant stress and disruption to my life.

Finally, just two weeks before the court date, a settlement was reached. The date of the accident was 23/02/23, and the final settlement email was received on 26/03/25."

I contacted this company after a head on collision with an 83 year old driver who fell asleep at wheel due to his medication.... he was not supposed to be driving due to medical issues!
After almost killing myself & my 3 little Grandchildren & abliterating my car, I contacted this company for help...to which they were happy to do & providing me with a hire car (not like for like tho like they advertise!)
They did not stay in touch much, I had to contact them for any updates!
I finally got my claim settled & was paid a poor amount for my injuries. I was promised private physio therapy but as yet nothing!
Then 3 months ago the harrassment began, non stop phone calls, emails & letters... telling me to sign paper work to take the At fault drivers Insurance company to court because they were refusing to pay the car hire charge!
Ive had threatning voice messages from their solicitors "Camford Law" stating that if I do not sign the forms I could be liable? Liable for what? The bill?
My accident caused me so much pain & stress & my grandchildren suffered too terribly & now after my claim has been settled, this company, who claim to "MANAGE THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH" is hassleling me to help them claim back the hire fee...
Im now seeking legal advice because of the stress Motor Claims Direct, CC Responce is causing me. So beware before choosing this company...they are not as great as they say they are!
& for that I given 1 star...if I could give zero I would....
My Insurance Company would never hasstle me to help claim back fees, thats what we pay Insurance for & thats what Mitor Claims Line got paid for!

We got into a car accident that was not our fault and had a very high excess to pay in order to claim. We reached out to Motor claims line, Andy was incredibly helpful, explained the whole process and sorted us out very quickly. We received a curtesy car the very same evening, our car was collected a couple days later and we received the payment for the car damage within a week. Could not recommend this more If you get into a car accident that isn't your fault.
