Loved the personalised note that came with the product. Products are lovely, my partner and I have been enjoying how moisturising it is. I did have to use small amounts as it can be quite heavy

The product was packaged very well, it arrived with its black seal around the tub, which to me is very important. I really like the design of the packaging and how it is presented. My body has warmed well to the Unrefined Shea Butter, so I will continue to use it.

Having read the reviews on here I was hopeful that the Sweet Orange and Jasmine body butter would be as good as another I had tried and can no longer get. Well it certainly smells good. I am using up another before I start using this. I also ordered African Black soap and Rosehip Oil. Not sure which but one of them is having a great effect on my roseca! Can't believe how quickly it has calmed down since I started using these. For anyone who feels they are expensive - you only use 3-4 drops of the oil and the soap bar you cut into smaller pieces as it's a large bar. So... good value for money, will last ages. I will probably order some more oils soon.

The oil is lovely but it comes in a bottle that I don't think is fit for purpose what I mean by this is its a large plastic bottle and not sure if its due to the weight of the product but it is quite hard to pour a portion out you want without too much coming out and it get's quite messy, a lot of oil on the side counter so I think I need to buy a separate container for it which is a shame. Lovely oil, just a bit disappointing and messy with the packaging and I am loosing quite a bit of oil as a result.

I feel better buying pure organic products direct from the supplier rather than through a rather large non-customer centric organisation.
