i was looking for the right device

Ho acquistato circa 200€ di materiale il 13/4. Ad oggi. 30/4 nessuno sa dirmi cosa sia successo al mio pacco. GLS dice che deve sollecitare Motedis, Motedis dice che GLS non trova il pacco. Il servizio cliente di Motedis è imbarazzante, suggerisco a tutti di non acquistare da questa azienda perché nel caso ci sia un problema se ne fregano, tanto i soldi li prendono prima. Spero che PayPal riesca a stornare il pagamento almeno restano anche loro con un pugno di mosche.

Ho già comprato 2 volte su motedis.
L'ho scelto per il prezzo più basso dopo un lungo confronto tra vari siti.
Il materiale è ottimo e c'è un assortimento molto vasto.
Le spedizioni sono rapide, peccato solo che siano abbastanza costose se si prendono molti profili.
Il sito è piacevole e veloce da navigare.

Sono rimasto molto deluso dal servizio clienti e dalla qualità del prodotto. Ho acquistato 400 Euro in pali di alluminio da 2 mt e 1 mt misura 30x30 e i relativi connettori a L per fissarli tra di loro per utilizzarli in ambiente fieristico per realizzare strutture espositive. I connettori si spezzano subito appena c'è una leggera inclinazione, ed è instabile la struttura. Inoltre ho richiesto al servizio clienti le certificazioni OBBLIGATORIE per legge inerenti la sicurezza per poterle montare in fiera e mi sono inizialmente state negate e poi si sono giustificati dicendo che non servono per costruzioni edili.....ma nessuno gli ha mai detto che le avrei usate in campo edile! Adesso pretendo di poter effettuare il reso perché mi hanno venduto un prodotto senza le certificazioni di legge necessarie e di qualità pessima.

Perfetto package and delivery time. Unfortunately the parcel has been delivered damaged and one of the aluminum bars ordered was scratched and also has damage as if it had taken a hammer blow. It is usable and I will not ask for a replacement. 5 stars to Motedis, 2 stars to the courier

Acquistato quasi 700€ di materiale per 66 metri di profili 30x30 piu accessori. Ne sono arrivati 22. Il modulo d'ordine non è chiaro e pensavo di aver acquistato 11 barre da 6 metri di cui una tagliata a 1,98 m. Invece sono arrivate 11 barre da 1,98 m. in quanto secondo loro l ordine era per pagare barre da 6 metri ma averne solo 2. Il resto mancia!! Assurdo! Considerando che il materiale è costato 427€ diviso 22m fa quasi 20 al metro.
Contattati mi hanno risposto con molta freddezza che dovevo leggere meglio i termini cosa anche possibile ma poco chiara. Comunque farò tutta la pubblicità negativa possibile per quaeta azienda.

I decided to buy some plates to assemble double hollow 8 profiles.
They managed to promptly ship the package which arrived after only 3 days (in italy).
Excellent workmanship of the plates.
I will not hesitate to buy more aluminum profile components, and the direct cutting service is very interesting.
