Ordered in 22/10/24 and as of 18/04/26 543 days later still haven’t reviewed order, the owner Brent Vitiello replied to Instagram message saying “Can’t wait till it all comes back and gets delivered and people like you get to hold your heads in shame” like he’s not the person scamming lmao

Ordered 1 year ago still nothing. Communication is rubbish. Company is rubbish. Wont send my money back . Womt do anything. Complete scam of a business if you can even call it a business.

Ahhhhh, I don’t even remember when I ordered mine but I ordered a lot. I know it was free but the shipping wasn’t so I still spent over $120 or so and convinced my poor family members to do the same. We only partially got it but there’s over 7 packets we have given up on waiting for. Never even bothered reaching out to the company because what’s the point, it’s happening to everyone. It’s great quality and it’s the only moss you can get that’s still alive so it’s a shame that this has happened. Come on Brent at least communicate more with us. Will we ever get our moss or do we just give up at least let us know.

MASSIVE SCAM
I placed an order 2nd March 2025... Still not arrived. I was commenting on their instagram saying I'd not received my order and been ghosted. They replied to my DM end of April (I think in order to stop me commenting) and said they have a backlog and to be patient. I said no problem thanks for reaching out. Then comes July and no product. They replied and again asked me to be patient. Since then I have been totally ghosted. Please do not buy from this company they are total scam artists.

I placed my order on 9th October 2024, and today is 25th October 2025 — I still haven’t received it. Every time I contact their customer service, they reply saying my package will be sent “very soon,” but nothing ever happens.

The tracking number they provided appears to be fake — it’s shown the same status since 29th October 2024, stuck in the original country with no updates for an entire year.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. It’s disappointing and shameful that such a business operates under the name of an Australian company. They also don’t allow customers to post honest reviews on their website.

I will never order from them again and have already lodged a complaint with the relevant authorities, hoping they will be investigated and banned soon.

Total Scam. I have been waiting over a year, and every now and then, they send an email with some garbage about sending the items I paid for. They need to be put out of business and pay everyone for their BS and lies—disgusting behaviour.

They took my money and I have received nothing. I paid in February and no package . The product was advertised by a Reality TV celeb so I trusted it. He should be ashamed of himself.

I’ve had to lodge a complaint with the ACCC as it’s almost a year since I placed an order and I have not received it. This is not without contacting the company back and forth over the last year. They won’t refund me and keep saying yeah it’s coming next week. They have turned comments off on all their IG posts but you can still see some comments of people who have also been scammed. NSW Govt has also issued a warning against them. You can find it on NSW Gov website

Would give 0 stars if possible.

A year later, countless emails, no product.

COMPLETE SCAM.
I made an order for 3 items ($34.99) on October 28, 2024 and January 3, 2025 before receiving a response which I then responded to by requesting refund information as I’d not received my order in a timely manner to which I received no response.
I’m now seeking reimbursement through PayPal and have contacted the enquiries at mosXdaily email but doubt I’ll get a response so hope PayPal will refund the money stolen from me by a dud from MAFS.

All they did was take my money and after one year they still have not sent me my order.
Every time I email them, they come back with the same lame response, saying that there are
30,000 orders behind and there are no refunds. Month after month the same response. May they rot in hell?

Faulty, spoilt product and still waiting for a replacement 11 months down the track. This company couldn't care less about its customers once they have their money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 10 months, many emails with replies saying "I can see your order will be dispatched soon". They have switched off the comments on socials because so many of us are angry we have been scammed.

Scammers !!! Been waiting near a year

Scam, ordered 6 months ago, still nothing! Didn’t provide a delivery date. Luckily my bank returned the money after a chargeback.

Scam – Don’t Buy
Been waiting 11 MONTHS for my order..same with my sister. I’ve emailed twice and keep getting the same scammy reply saying it’s “on the way” when it’s clearly not and won’t give me my money back. Now they’re so clearly faking good reviews instead of taking any accountability. They’ve scammed thousands. Don’t waste your money.

Recieved mine today… it did take long but came and packed nicely. Website is not working which is weird because I wanted to see the instructions on how to take it

Do not trust this seller. I placed an order months ago and never received the item. After repeated follow-ups, I finally got a vague, poorly written response full of empty apologies and excuses. The email I received said, “Thank you for the reader,” which makes no sense, and shows the complete lack of professionalism and legitimacy.

They continue to delay and avoid any responsibility. This appears to be a scam – no product, no refund, and no real customer service.

Save yourself the hassle – stay away from this company.
