Steven gave us detailed advice, a quotation and a date to carry out the work (2 new bathrooms, new layout for one).
Work started on the planned date and was carried out in a timely manner. Tradesman all attended one after the other, no delays. Work was completed to a very high standard and I am delighted with the end result.

We recently had Steven and the team (Simon & Mark) at Moss Plumbing & Heating carry out a full renovation of our en-suite and family bathroom, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the very beginning, Steven was approachable, helpful, and completely open to our ideas. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and offered advice and guidance throughout the entire process.

Once work commenced, the team were extremely considerate, especially with both my partner and I working from home during the renovations. They kept us informed daily on progress, what to expect, and what they hoped to achieve each day. Every trade involved was coordinated seamlessly, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Ewan from BEV Tiling also carried out the tiling to an exceptional standard, which complemented the overall finish perfectly.

There were also some bespoke aspects to the project, including building a bulkhead enclosure for the shower due to my height, as standard shower doors would have been too low and caused water to splash over the top. Although this was something a little different, Steven and the guys took the challenge on without hesitation and absolutely nailed it.

The quality of workmanship throughout both rooms is outstanding. The attention to detail really shows in every aspect of the finish, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. We came up with quite a few additional ideas and changes along the way, and every single one was accommodated without issue.

We genuinely cannot recommend Moss Plumbing & Heating highly enough. Any future work we undertake will absolutely be with Steven and the team.
