It’s just fantastic. The concept is great, it’s perfectly executed. The photos are quality and on time. The app is SO bloody good and user friendly. And when I had a very slight issue it was resolved super quick by customer service in the friendliest way. Can’t fault the product and to get such high level customer service in this day and age is unheard of. Recommend 100000%

What a thoroughly fabulous gift for my retirement! It was so easy just to take a snap everyday and upload to the app, even if it was just of the dog!
You could upload daily or do small batches. The prints arrived monthly and it was so much fun to put them in the album, really bringing the memories to life. There is also room to add in some notes and I stuck all kinds of extra bits in, theatre tickets, bits of birthday cards, cruise card etc. The completed album will have pride of place when we have friends round soon and they are excited to see themselves in it! Fantastic gift to myself

I've just renewed my annual subscription to Mosaic Journal. For the last year, the daily upload of my picture of the day to my journal has been a delight. I'm keeping my journal for myself and so have enjoyed adding a realistic description of my day, rather than curated glossy status for social media.

I also recommend starting in the summer. Every time I've started a journal or diary on 1 January, the greyest time of the year, it's been hard to stick too. Starting in the summer months has meant the journal starts with summer

I was gifted a year subscription of mosaic journal as a maternity present and it was the best gift we had. Capturing every day moments of my little girl growing up is truly special and can’t wait to show her the album when she’s older, have signed up for another year subscription. The quality of the photos and album they provide is definitely worth it and their customer service is second to none.

I signed up for Mosaic at a difficult time in my personal life, as a way to track how much things changed (hopefully for the better) between two birthdays. I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. It's a delightful way to mark the passage of time and remind yourself to slow down and appreciate the little moments. And I have a gorgeous physical reminder of what turned out to be a pretty great year that I can flip through any time I want.

Album and prints are great quality and the app is easy to use and intuitive. You can go back and select photos from your photo library, so there's the potential for all kinds of different uses if a daily diary is too prescriptive a format. Worth pointing out too that the customer service from Team Mosiac is exceptional - they're quick to respond, friendly and professional and clearly really believe in the product. Give it a go! You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful and unique way of logging memories. I invested in a journal to record the first year of my daughter's life - from the day she was born up to her 1st birthday. It's so special to be able to see how clearly she's grown each day and the ease of using the app and uploading made it manageable as a new mum. 1000% would recommend!

Both the album and the photos are top quality, the concept is awesome and the customer service received is first class. Despite being app based when I had an issue the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend

Can not fault the service from these guys I messaged an enquiry on social media and email I was responded to on both immediately the organised a additional request I had as a gift and nothing was too much trouble
To the point they actually messaged me back to let me know it had posted with a photo of the gift note requested.

I love the photo album, it’s very sturdy and pages are thick. Photos are great quality. Orders are always on time. I lost one of my orders and I requested for it to be sent out again and I’d pay the fee. The response was the next day and getting sent out again and free of charge out of good gesture. Appreciate that a lot and very good customer service. Would recommend

This company is amazing. I love their journals. My car unfortunately got broken into and I had a journal as a gift for a friend in there for a friend which was stolen. I reached out to Mosiac and explained and they have been so so kind to replace the journal for me! I’m forever grateful and will continue to love filling in my own journal every month! I made a mistake with my order. I emailed, got a response in minutes. Extremely helpful. Rectified my mistake, and went above and beyond to ensure the order arrived quickly

The quality of the both photos and the photo book is excellent. I suffer from severe memory issues and having the daily photos to look back on helps greatly with recall. Also either taking or selecting the daily photo creates a focus on the day’s most special event which helps to embed that memory. I’m sure creating a daily photo journal with a dementia sufferer would be a really helpful and enjoyable thing to do.

What a brilliant idea. Just about to complete my fourth month and honestly it is such a joy. Each new monthly delivery means that I sit and looks through the previous months every time. The journal is great quality, cannot wait for the other colours and customer service on the two times I have contacted them have been quick, friendly and efficient.

I love the simplicity of the idea and the great execution. You technically could take a picture every day and print it, but realistically how many of us actually do it? And how many would put them in a beautiful photo album with the dates, locations and captions? I love having the album now, I'm going to be so grateful for it later in life. A great gift to give someone!

Really love getting my photos every month. Such a professional and thoughtful company and a bargain. I had a problem (my own making!) recently and they sorted it out so promptly and considerately for me. Highly recommend signing up. It's so lovely looking back at memories rather than them staying forgotten on your phone!

I was gifted a Mosaic journal by a friend. It arrived on the day I brought home my new puppy so that I could document his first year. Firstly, what an incredible gift to be able to pop a photo of my pup into the app calendar every day and have printed photos sent to me every month for a year. A few days in, I had a question about changing the start date, and Sharon at Mosaic was so kind and helpful and sorted it super quickly. I love this company and concept and will definitely be getting more journals for myself and gifting them to friends. Much love xxx

What a great idea! The app is brilliant and allows you to upload photos to it really easily.
I spoke with Sharon in customer services - via email and the app - and she was really helpful in helping me set it all up.
The album arrived today and it is super high quality.
I will definitely be recommending.
