I really enjoyed my experience with MORIS car insurance. Justin was very helpful and it gave me great peace of mind while on the track day. Also I was pleasantly surprised by the quote for the two days at the Nurburgring.

Anytime you have a question you always get through to someone genuine who understands the subject. I have used Moris 4 times now and always spot on. Recommend to anyone considering track day insurance. If unsure pick up the phone and talk to Moris. Like I say they are always so helpful!

Super easy to use and get quick quotations using their online forms. I can not comment personally on how things are handled if things are to go wrong, however from the experience I have had speaking with Justin on the phone and using their online platform, I can not see there being any issues at all!

I have used Moris trackday Insurance previously. I recently spoke with Justin Everitt at very such short notice to arrange cover the following day. My current car insurance provides trackday cover but not at the track I intended to visit unfortunately. Again on this occasion the process was slick and efficient from initial phone call to making payment.

I would highly recommend Moris for trackday insurance. Took out a single day policy for a day at Knockhill last weekend. Even after I'd added extras like excess insurance and recovery, the quote from Moris was still cheaper than other providers who could only offer basic insurance without the extras. For the full package at the best price it's a bit of a no brainer!

Great insurer with great customer service and fair prices. These guys are very passionate about what they do and it shows. Found a cheaper premium after purchasing from Moris (only by £30) and gave them a call to see if they could possibly match it. You get straight through to a person... no answer phones or options and I spoke to Justin who was very enthusiastic. After having a look at things, he kindly propositioned to rebate me the difference after the day providing I have no claims, which I was very happy with considering I'd already purchased the premium.

You also get a fairly big discount if you book 1month + in advance which is a bonus. One of the cheapest insurance quotes coupled with great customer service, can't go wrong. Highly recommended to anyone looking for this sort of thing. Thanks again guys!

An excellent service from Justin at Moris. I had a slightly unusual track day which didn't fit the norm, and Justin was very accommodating and proposed a reasonable way of organising my insurance. Highly recommended.

Very quick service to arrange track day cover while at the circuit on the day required. Would also recommend as the price for multiple track days has always been the most competitive.

After far too long in the world of confused.this and meerkat.that it was refreshing to speak to someone (Justin Everitt) at Morris Insurance who knows his business and offers honest advice. I can't tell you how they compare (there's that word again!) to other companies because quite frankly I haven't felt the need to check.

Thankfully I have not had to make a claim, but when obtaining quotes I have had a great experience with Moris. They have always acted promptly, Justin was very helpful on the phone ahead of my trip to the Ring. Recommended.

So this is a review that no-one wants to write, but that all of you researching will want to hear.

I got trackday insurance with Moris and unfortunately had to claim.

I'll save you some time if you want. The claim was totally painless and it was paid without issue.

The full story for those that want more detail. My wife had a bad crash in our brand new car at a track. The car was insured for its list price, and luckily after speaking with Justin and the Moris team before the day we had agreed that it was probably worth it, as it didn't make a huge difference to the policy cost and would be better for piece of mind. As an organised chap I took all the relevant paperwork to the track on the day, just in case. And took all the "before" pictures of the car to show it was in tip top condition.

Well unfortunately there was a crash. First thought was with my wife's health. Once I realised she was OK then my mind turned to how to sort this situation out. I had to refer to all the paperwork through a fog of panic. I remembered I needed pictures of the damaged car on track, and a signed form by the event organisers. That was all really. The car wasn't driveable so I phoned my dealership who collected the car the next day. There is an option for recovery from track which I did have, but my dealership offered to pick it up as they were passing by dropping off another car and would be undertaking the repairs anyway.

Quick call to Justin at Moris the next day, and he calmed me right down. I have to say I thought this wasn't going to end well and was panicking a lot, but he was great. We laughed, we cried :-) he told me everything would be just fine. That's what insurance was for and that the main thing was that my wife was in good health. He told me that the loss adjuster would be in touch and that he was a sensible chap and very experienced in this arena.

He wasn't wrong. The loss adjuster, Andrew, was superb. A very experienced chap in the racing world and he spent time reassuring me, calming me down and getting the problem sorted, and ultimately through to a settlement figure. Both Justin and Andrew were always available at the end of the phone or email if I needed to ask questions. Within a week or two the claim had been resolved and payment followed a week or so after that.

The claim was resolved very fairly by Andrew. Yes there was an excess, yes there were a few items that weren't covered (like fluids), but I knew that when I took the policy out. I did actually read it beforehand! And this was explained to me gently and with respect when we went though the claims process. These guys weren't in this to screw me, they were here to honour the agreement we made. That was the most refreshing part of it.

So let me give you some advice:

Firstly, get trackday insurance if you love your car.

Secondly, make sure you insure it for the correct value, don't scrimp for a few quid.

Thirdly, if the worst should happen (and my goodness I really didn't want it to be me, but it was) don't panic. Remember the forms and the photos on the day.

Finally, trust in the process. I can tell you its fair and the team are just great.

So relax, drive safely and have fun in the knowledge that if you're unlucky, it WILL be OK.
