All the staff are excellent and the engineers really know about oil boilers ! They turn up when they say they will, they locate and fix the problem and they do it all with a very positive professional friendly manner .
I will not be using any other company for my houses their service is 5 star .

The work was carried out late Saturday afternoon early Saturday evening. When nobody turned up by mid Saturday afternoon I thought that's it let down again by another company. But no they were true to their word. They came completed the work tidied up checked everything was working properly. Excellent service.

Called our regular boiler engineer who was a little stumped as to what and where the problem lay, basically we could only get hot water when the heating was on,
Called Morgan’s arranged for an engineer to call the following day, arrived on time quickly determined the problem, he ordered the parts, we had to muddle through for a couple of days, no real problem,
New engineer turned up with the part quickly fitted new part.
This is a very professional company every aspect of the service was a excellent, I read a number of the poor reviews, must say none of it applies here.
Will continue to use our regular engineer for basic services, but will use Morgan’s for any future problems.

All good. Replacement oil boiler fitted in a new location very efficiently. Adam and his assistant worked hard all day, solving problems and they cleared up before leaving at 9pm. We are very happy to recommend Morgan's Plumbing to anyone, and will be using them for the annual service.
Killed my heating / hot water and left in the lurch
Where to begin? As pensioners, we moved into out retirement property 4 months ago. The oil heating system, compared to my old gas fired system, seemed a little strained with some radiators being very cold at the bottom. Deciding to first bleed any air from the radiators and clean the magnetic trap the system stopped working (no heating or hot water), as I suspected due to a drop in pressure. With no manual I was unable to locate the filler loop to top up the system. As a last ditch I ‘googled’ and called Morgans - a ‘family run’ company that advertised same day call out with a pre-paid charge. However, they attended next day and a very artisan engineer quickly showed me where the loop check valve was (it had been orientated 180 deg from view and the valve handle removed) and diligently explained the system to me. Content with the service I received, I later opted to pay for their annual boiler service plan and indeed book a heating system power flush at some £750.
What a mistake! A different engineer arrived and told me that a power flush could NOT be done as I had 10mm pipes to my radiators and not 15mm. He stated he could perform a ‘mains flush’ instead for the same cost? After half an hour or so he asked me where the filler loop was – which I showed him after being previously shown myself. After another 15 minutes he asked me if I air bleed valves in the loft – to which I had on idea and a search in the loft went on. After another 15 mins or so I was told the filler loop was not and that there must another water input somewhere. A search went on for the next hour – loft, cupboards, wardrobes etc. After he made several head scratching phone calls, I was then told the original filler loop was indeed the filler loop but now my oil boiler (which was working and he had previously run to heat the system on first arrival) was now broken! He left, leaving the loft open with the light on, and the system in disarray, no heating / hot water and not even touched areas like cleaning the magnetic trap. Another engineer duly arrived and tried for hour to get the boiler going to no avail. I was then told that a pressure switch had died and that he would get a replacement to me as soon as possible (24 to 48 hours).
Having previously explained that my wife suffers from chronic osteoarthritis and need to keep a reasonable temperature within the house I called the company next day for an update. They assured me that they would have someone to me that day or the next.
Now over 8 days later there has been zero contact from Morgans – left without updates, no offer of electric heaters and no heating and hot water.
Unresponsive, devoid of any proactive customer care, or indeed responsibility to the issue, today (8 days later) I contacted the company and cancelled the boiler contract and my direct debit. Never again will I let these people set foot on my property. From a working system to now being left to recover it at my cost from a 3rd party.

Outstanding service! I’m so impressed with this company. I’ve used them twice now and both times they have immediately located the problem and gone on to swiftly fix it! Would highly recommend! Well done!
Some problems but excellent service
The staff were pleasant and professional, but the wrong tank was ordered, then when a different tank was put in it was connected the wrong way round. They returned promptly to fix that, but then there was a leak. The tank was drained, taken out and re-connected. But then there was a new (slow) leak from one of the re-connections. The engineer arrived promptly, exactly as arranged, and fixed it.
Broken outdated drainage cover and lining removed and replaced .
Adam arrived on time to replace a cracked drain inspection cover and lining. Morgans telephoned me the day before that they were able to attend my home within 24 hours. The job was completed to my entire satisfaction.
Service with a low cost payment plan
Contacted Morgans to service a gas boiler which was just coming out of warranty. Work was done swiftly, they found a few issues which were fixed, then they offered a monthly payment plan to cover any possible future problems. We have taken up the offer. I will note their e-mail service is spot on. I have always been answered within 2 hours, and an appointment been offered within days. So far, the service is very good. Thank you!
I’m disappointed with the handling of…
I’m disappointed with the handling of my refund.
I cancelled my appointment in advance and have been waiting for over a month to receive my money back. Despite multiple calls, I’ve only been told that it’s being looked into, with no resolution.
I would recommend others to be cautious, especially if there is any chance you may need to cancel.
Morgans - Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The quote was a very fair price (what I expected to pay - some other quotes were double !)
The technician giving the quote, Tom was punctual, polite and informed me.of everything that was needed.
On the dsy if fitting , Tom and Ollie were totally first class. Did a very neat job in no time at all.
Extremely happy with the aervice provided and, as I have been looking for a trustworthy company to service the boiler as my current engineer is retiring - I will definitely be using Morgans when it is due in September.

Hi just had your engineer here today to carry out repairs to our boiler following a recent service here in Anglesey North Wales .All I can say he was very polite on time and carried out his work to a high standard. Two engineers visited us
Two engineers visited us; one to determine the fault and the second to fix it. Both of them were courteous and respectful of us and our property. They were both very knowledgeable and worked professionally at all times. Unfortunately I do not know their names (maybe wearing a name badge would help?) so I cannot commend them in person.
installed a new expansion tank and then…
installed a new expansion tank and then after 3 visits advised me I needed a new hive (£300) . it was a faulty valve which british gas replaced in 10 minutes. They also damaged a valve to the downstairs utility and then told me it will cost 390 to replace. They have ignored emails and calls since then.
