I spoke to a most lovely and helpful man called Adam T. Adam knows his job well, in addition he also has the most wonderful people skills. Sadly I have just lost my dearest friend ,and at the end of my call Adam was very caring and helped not only with his kindness but also helping with contacts for counselling. I felt better after speaking to Adam T . This also says to me that More 2 Life must be OK having such caring Staff members.

More2Life provides excellent customer service. They answer their phone promptly and direct you to the right person. Their staff were unfailingly friendly, polite, well informed, and anxious to help. They always got back to us when promised, and they happily used both email and phone. Their procedures are well organised, remarkably swift, and easy to understand. I always felt comfortable contacting them for clarifications, additional information, or even just reassurance about how things were going. We have been with them for 3 years are found both the initial mortgage paperwork and the recent drawdown process unusually low stress. I wish our other financial service providers (e.g. banks) were as well organised and efficient.

Glorified loan sharks preying on the elderly and vulnerable!! And when your loved ones pass away they will make every process long and almost impossible and in the mean while continue to add interest on to the account and when it’s 1000£ a month and they are postponing and dragging heals for 9 months this is seriously adding up ! They have taking months to sort a responses and then saying house is being sold for too less and sending in their own evaluation people adding on more time and then there isn’t enough to cover their shark loan!! Avoid avoid avoid !!

Excellent assistance from more2life on my request. Very quick response and Tracey C kept me up to date on what was happening and when I can expect the funds in my account. I’m over 70 so not always the most efficient with modern technology, however everything was explained step by step making the paperwork and signature online so easy. Thanks

Ruth Gabbott has been fantastic to deal with and is a credit to her profession and her employer. She has been courteous, reliable, totally customer-focused and professional at all times. I have recently used this Company to drawdown additional funds on my life time mortgage. All was done on line or by email, plus the odd telephone call. Dianne Perrin looked me well and oversaw all the necessary documentation and paperwork. All done within 2 weeks of me applying on line. Excellent and extremely efficient company.

I got involved with more2life through a company called Key Equity release 7/8 months ago and to be honest it’s been an absolute nightmare.
I originally applied as after working for 40 + years I found myself disable after been diagnosed with cancer had a heart attack and a triple bypass pass all within 2 years and speaking to key having equity through more2life was the way forward for myself and my wife.
Got accepted and won’t go through everything but been a lot of issues mainly due to having solas panels but got sorted and all registered with the land registry with the wording in more2life agreed to.
A few weeks ago I had another survey as the original agreement expired 1 day before.
All was good and promising but had an email today stating that more2life criteria had changed and now not eligible.
It’s been the most stressful thing I have ever had to go through and lost for words especially not far off Christmas.

I took a drawdown of the remaining balance from my equity release. The whole process was simple and seamless from beginning to end. I completed a simple application form online and this was followed up by a confirmatory phone call from a helpful and polite young man called Jake. Using online signing with Docusign avoided any postal delays. During the whole process, which took about 2 weeks, the company kept me updated with emails confirming the accomplishment of each step and finally a reassuring email from Diane Perrin of the Completion Team confirmed that the process had been completed, telling me when to expect my funds, which arrived on time as she stated. Definitely recommend.
