Unacceptable and misleading checkout experience. Implementing 'drip pricing' by hiding a 5.22€ service fee until the very last second of the payment process is a terrible practice. This fee should be visible from the moment items are added to the cart, not hidden until you enter your card details. Furthermore charging a percentage-based fee that scales up to 5.22€ for a single automated online transaction is a complete rip-off. Highly disappointing customer experience.

6 euros for ticket purchasing services.... insane

Further to my last review, just to confirm their inefficiency.
While online with their online help I cancelled my account with them and was told this was all done but when I did not receive any email confirmation of this, I recontacted them and was told it had not been cancelled and they showed me how to do it myself.
Simply do not trust anything they tell you.

They sell tickets for scam events and then don't return the money. Hosted the sale of tickets for a concert I purchased tickets to and the "organizer" disapperared off the grid. Deleted their emails and contact info. You have no way of contacting this website for your money back. Have filed a fraud dispute with my back to hopefully get my money back by force. DO NOT BUY HERE. They're a scam!
