The Important Part:
- We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
- Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 11pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
- Each bouquet is hand-tied by our expert florists.
- Bouquets come in our signature Nourishing Wrap to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling
Please Note:
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- The vase is not included.
- This bouquet can be toxic to pets. Keep them away from your furry friends.

Arrived without the card ordered at the same time, communication was insufficient and Moon Pig assumed my 'understanding' even though I was actually very disappointed. For a company that deals in special occasions unreliability is a real issue

Terrible! worst bunch of flowers I have ever seen, and I keep apologising to my partner for how poor they are. Look nothing like the photos before you buy, and havent even lasted a week. First photo taken on the monday, other two the following thursday.

The flowers look like they have up halfway through being a bouquet. I’m honestly really disappointed with the bouquet received compared to what was advertised. The arrangement feels lopsided. Many of the flowers look wilted or past their prime, especially the pink ones. Overall, it feels like a rushed, lower-quality version rather than a true match to what was promised. Definitely not worth the expectation set by the picture on the website. For the money that I paid, I was definitely expecting better quality than what arrived, especially since these were supposed to be a gift. I will not be ordering flowers again.

Ordered the colourburst bouquet. What arrived wasn't the bouquet I ordered. Totally different. Ordered for my mum as she loves sunflowers. Received was tulips and roses. No communication that different flowers were going to be sent. Very disappointed.
