Awful. Sent unprotected, arrived bent and I had to source an alternative card elsewhere. Moonpig customer services very, very unhelpful. Initially they refused to refund the cost of the card. Then they asked for photos which I was happy to provide and offered to the first person I dealt with but ended the chat as I was trying to upload them so I had to start again. They really didn't make things easy and did not seem remotely sorry for wasting my time. Now, despite cancelling my Moonpig Plus subscription and repeatedly unsubscribing from Moonpig emails I am being bombarded so am having to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office about them to try to make it stop. Avoid this company like the plague - they are dreadful. Buy your cards from Thortful instead.
