Cancelled my entire order just because the flowers werent available, no compensation, no offer of a different bunch ir flowers or to just send the card just cancelled meaning my loved one had nothing and I look like the bad person that forgot

Arrived on time
Arrived late even after I paid for a times delivery , very disappointed with Moonpig on this occasion, and I normally don’t have any issues , but over all rubbish service on the 2 cards I order for this delivery
