Do not buy from this Chinese company! You will get something totally different from the pictures. I tried to make return but they refused receive the package in China. I wrote to them but no answer. I opened a Paypal case for buyers protection, but as long as there is no record of delivery buyers guarantee does not work unfortunately. It is their fraud way not make refund. Be aware.

I received my clothing article quite promptly but because it isn't what I expected, I am wanting to return it. I cannot get a straight answer from Moongor on the return process despite many emails to them. They keep asking me the same question - which is to give them the order details. I have three times and I'm now over the time limit they accept returns. I would def recommend not buying from this company again as the returns process cannot be trusted.

FIRST: There are many reviews that accuse this company of not sending their orders. This isn't true, as I've received my items. You'll get your stuff, but get ready to be patient.

On the item itself, while the fabric quality was rather thin, the fit is quite nice and overall well designed. Overall, the product is what you'd expect for the price. For a one-of-kind design like Moongor offers, I'm satisfied.

Would recommend, but be realistic!

Buying from Moongor requires patience. They are not good about writing you back, and shipping from them takes a significant amount of time (usually around 2 months, based on reviews and my own experience). They are not a scam, but do be ready for this should you buy from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Made an order, then returned (recorded by post to China for £25) - the stuff was awful, nothing like pictured. They have not refunded me, Paypal have also not helped. China post is a nightmare. Support local honest companies. DO NOT BUY FROM MOONGOR.

it is now...month 4 of waiting for item. I recognize that CoVid has interrupted deliveries but come on!!! I emailed and their customer service sucks. They had sent tracking info but it is "stuck". I requested they look into it. No go. Scam company, don't fall for it. I did on Instagram. Beware.

There was an issue with the delivery of my order. It took 2 months. Somehow the package has been returned to China. Moongor contacted to advise me and offered to refund or re-send. I opted for resending. Parcel arrived within 2 weeks. I was really happy with the 4 items. Quirky and just as pictured. Quality was good. Similar to Mango or Zara. I would definitely order again. I've ordered from Moongor a few times. Honestly, it was pretty good. The only thing is that you have to make sure that fit of the clothes fits your frame, otherwise, it's not worth returning it since their offices are in China. I love the flowy dresses, and as a bigger girl I really appreciate how they look.

I orderd several times, the quality was always good, but last time, the ordered shirt was damaged with several cuts. I tried to complain, but I only received answers because of delayed deliveries.

I read those bad reviews , I hesitate very long ~~ to think should I order from here or not , then i really like some of theirs design. i decide to give a try . Turn out what i order merchandise are perfect .Also arrived on time. I am so glad I give myself chance to try .haha......

I ordered several items and need to return half the order due to sizing and quality issues. They give you a 14 day return window. But they never respond to emails and tell you how to return. You can't return without contacting them first. they force you to miss their window for returns. They also use aliases on Facebook, - many different names besides Moongor. I won't buy from them again. Once their product is out the door and they have your money, GOOD LUCK if you need to return anything. Very disappointed!!! and out money!!!
