Absolutely delicious! Nice to have an authentic homemade style Indian.

Loved the flavours. Very authentic. Chappati’s could be a bit better, tasted like a whole meal tortilla wrap.

The order arrived on time. Unpacking it was a great pleasure, generating growing excitement and anticipation. Everything was very well packed, the packaging did its job​ very well​.

The instructions and information were accurate and to the point; all the information was there, and we got every dish to the table cooked to perfection.

​Every single dish - from the chutney and the Bombay mix to the butter chicken and the gulab jamun (someone described this as looking like boiled beetroot - outrageous!) was delicious. Lots of lovely flavours and textures. Smoked paprika in the butter chicken is a touch of genius. It tastes a bit as though it was cooked in an earthenware pot on an open wood fire.

If you are expecting the kind of food that comes from a local curry house (North Indian/Bangladeshi) you will be surprised. India is a huge country, and the regional variations are as diverse as they are across, say, Europe. The Mooli thali that we had was authentic delicious regional Indian food. The portions were generous, and we left the table replete.

Mooli is definitely up there with the very best.

The best butter chicken I've ever had! I've had a few deliveries now and thought this would always be the stand out dish, the aubergine and potato curry gave it a good run for its money though.

A well thought out idea but aweful food. I’ve given 2 stars for the thali experience I.e menu cards, sustainable trays and packaging.
The chapattis aren’t authentic Indian chapattis, they are in fact Mexican tortilla wraps (which is a huge disappointment)

Absolutely delicious Thali. And the Bombay Mix is INCREDIBLE! Would highly recommend.

Great food, will order again

Very poor quality, supermarket bought Chapatis, I wouldn’t even call it chapati. It was like a wrap, not something I would expect from a high end takeaway/restaurant and for the money they charged

We got the green beans poriyal, ghee rice and dal, butter chicken and aubergine and potatoes.
The ghee rice and dal lacked just spice and ultimately flavor.
The butter chicken and the aubergine and potatoes were really good.
The chapatis were so disappointing, it was basically a tortilla and not a proper chapati. Like come on. If you're hailing your business to provide authentic indian food, everything should be authentic.
The green bean poriyal was just ok, again really didn't get good flavor from it and I've had some really good green bean poriyal.

We have a monthly delivery from Mooli and really enjoy this authentic taste of India. The quality is consistent and really stand out when compared to other Indian takeouts. Mooli delivers a complete meal of delicious dishes, dessert, snacks and bread. The meal is delivered in a well insulated box to keep the food fresh, all of which is either compostable or recyclable, values that are important to me. I would highly recommend Mooli Food.
