Poor quality, the sole is so thin I have seen thicker sheets of paper. looks nothing like the picture. Not in a box, had to wait 3 weeks as they have come from China which it does not state on the website when ordering.

Do not purchase from this website!!They send counterfeit goods from China! Fake advertising they use Mountain Horse images of brown leather boots and they're plastic and when you want a refund they ask you to pay postage and custom tax back to China. Total scammers. I've informed the bank, national fraud service, trading standards, Mountain Horse etc. I'm mad at myself for falling for the black friday deal. Avoid them at all costs. The lowest of the low. Karma will get them.
Update we all need to report them to The UK International Consumer Centre who you can find online who deal with consumer problems buying goods and services from outside the UK. We have to stand together and report these low life's at Montford & Co and get the website taken down

I am currently 25 days & counting since my order was shipped … from China no less (I did not know they do not source UK goods)

After multiple emails exchanged it is clear they don’t give a flying f@!k

Will order soon again price/quality really good!

STEER CLEAR!!! If I’d read the reviews before I wasted my money I’d have steered clear!! What I ordered was nothing like the quality they advertised and then when they eventually turned up and they didn’t fit the company’s return policy was to send them back to China where there would be a cat in hells chance of getting my money back!! Please steer clear of this company!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY . I ordered long women's boots described as leather. When they arrived, they were clearly plastic. I have written twice to ask to return them for a refund and I have't even received an answer. They are based in China. I should have checked before I bought them but foolish did not. I don't want anyone else to go through this and lose their money. I don't know how companies get away with it. They sould be blacklisted on the Internet.

Wish I had checked in here first . Advertise as suede but what I received are the cheapest revolting boots and definitely not suede . Please do not order from this disgusting company .

Company is a scam. Refunds to be returned to China, postage costing over £20! Don't go near them.

I ordered some leather riding boots. Unfortunately we received some cheap PVC rubbish that arent fit for purpose let a lone leather.

Leather boots sold via Google Shops banner ad turned out to be cheap plastic. Refund requested but ignored. Reported to Google Shops. Their ad's mimic better brands exactly and its a scam.

I wish I had looked at Trust pilot before I was scammed by this Company. Poor quality, bad sizing and although the return address was European they asked for returns to be sent to China or no refund. It would cost £24 to post 2 pairs of linen ( they were cheap cotton!) trousers. I am in touch with my credit card company and they are investigating. Under no circumstances use this Company.

Absolute joke of a "company". Do not buy anything from these crooks. The boots I bought were too small. To get a refund I was told to send them back to China. Then they don't reply to your emails.

I ordered a pair of white linen trousers. The trousers they sent were polyester of very poor quality. I complained and sent them a copy of my original order which clearly stated linen trousers. Several emails later they were still insisting I pay to return them and pay to track the return. They did eventually agree to repay me 45% of the cost and said I could keep the trousers - which weren’t what I ordered or wanted. They have now gone to the charity shop.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. they are an absolute con. You cannot return anything and you can’t get a refund. It’s a Chinese scam

If I could put no stars I would. This company is virtually a scam. Returns policy is not worth paper written on and you will need to live a long time to get a refund.

Ordered a blazer which was £59.99 down to £25, looked thick and comfy and perfect steal for the price. Took 2 weeks to get delivered and I almost thought it was a scam as the ‘tracking system’ was stuck in an ‘in progress mode’. Finally received the item and honestly could have ordered from SHEIN for a quarter of the price, looks cheap and tacky

Thought I was buying a pair of shoes that as stated on their website as waterproof. What I got was a pair of shoes that leaked, so that my feet were soaked without the need for rain. Will provide a refund, but you must send back to China and they will not provide until they have received the goods (fair enough but tracking adds extra cost). So the returns will cost as much as you pay for the sponges that impersonate shoes. They will offer 25% refund and vouchers for more substandard **** that they offer. Don't bother unless you want to raise a dispute with your card company or PayPal etc.
If you want rubbish, then this is certainly the place to come to.
