I ordered a pair of trousers on 1st of Jan 26 and they told me after a month after I keep contacting them it has been put under my gate I asked for a picture of the delivery and said they couldn’t they are looking into it they said I have just given I think they are scammers

Ordered 2 jackets - both defective (order #9379). Despite the return policy stating they will cover return shipping they are unwilling to do so and have gone radio silent. In fact they try and tell me I have to pay the return shipping. They just offer partial refunds and to re-send the crap product. Now they won't respond.

You did not give me the product I bought online and you did not answer my emails. You are a dirty scammer. Curse on people like you. I hope I find you one day. Curse on you.

Ordered a denim jacket. Arrived with broken and totally non-functional zipper. No follow up response to emails.

Product not as advertised. Cheap goods from China. No customer service. Stay away. Do not respond to emails. Scam!!

bought a wool mens coat recieved a polyester cost waste of money asked for a refund and no response ought to be against the law false advertising

Ordered two jackets on Jan 2nd. Company did not put complete address on the shipping and it was returned to China. I emailed multiple times to no avail. Not a single response from Montera. Ordered a second set, to be delivered to my home address and informed them if I didn't recieve a response, that I would be initiating a dispute/charge back.
Upon checking the "view your order" tab in the email, I now see that all of my order details are gone and a message saying they aren't taking orders right now.
This company is a TOTAL fraud and has been reported to Chase.

One of the items I received was missing stitching up the sleeve. I have been trying to return for weeks and they won’t respond. DO NOT BUY! I will update the review if they ever resolve the issue

The item they sent me was directly from China and wouldn’t fit a 10 year old branded “Zuang Dou” not Montera-London. Contacted “customer service” multiple times. Company is a fraud.

this company is a total fraud. The do not even allow you to send them an email. The coats weretoo small but could not send them back.They should be a negative 5 stars

I bought a item from these people 12th december for a xmas present,still not arived,i emailed them they said its been delivered,not to my adress it hasnt,they got no proof its been delivered nothing,i think there a scam,i wouldnt get anything from here again,be warned

Terrible quality, odd sizing and difficult to impossible to return the awful items.

Totally dissatisfied with the jacket I received quality was terrible and the size was way to small for a 3x I will not and everyone should not deal with this company ever period

Ordered some jackets December 7th and they still haven’t arrived. Based on other reviews sounds like they make returns impossible.

Terrible company! Poor quality products, no response to numerous emails requesting details for returns. Garment sizing wrong, cheap materials.
Just out to get your money for their rubbish! Then they post adverts saying they are closing down but surprise surprise they are still advertising. Hopefully all the negative feedback given by all of their customers/ victims will put them out of business.

Almost a month and still waiting... No response from the company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE...

Good are not as described bought a so called winter coat it must be a winter coat for Saudi Arabia not uk and it was wrong size sent emails to exchange it got no reply avoid this site at all costs don’t waste your money

Absolute rubbish do not use

Awful company to deal with, substandard goods, claim they are London but in China, Tried to send me a biggers size free, ordered 2xl pockets fit for a small child, declined offered 20% off, declined, 30% off, declined, 50% off declined, then sent me a China address to return at my cost. I have taken this up with my credit card company. Avoid at all cost.
